This is to them who are speaking on topics of watching 4K, 8K videos on 1080p display or so.
What is 4K, 8K etc.?
4K = 4096 × 2160 = 8,847,360 total around 8 million pixels.
8K = 7680 × 4320 = 33,177,600 total around 33 million pixels.
Now S23 ultra display is 1440 × 3088 = 4,446,720 total around 4 million pixels.
The screen is the hardware and it is limited to show around 4 million pixels.
Then how will anyone see those 8 million pixel videos on 4 million display.
Ask any engineer friend if you have or do your own study/research to understand.
Don't just fall for those marketing guys sales pitch.
Try to do research and understand the tools you buy and use everyday, all your life.
The basic light bulb is also a tool but if you have no need then you are wasting your time on buying it which you will not use.
Then why buy?
Buy items you need and how to know what you need?
Ask yourself and do meditation frequently.

Some people buy phones to just show off not because they NEED that.
Even with both latest iphone and samsung s and fold series people can't see real 4K in their screen because screen is below even 7 inch.
They are just chasing numbers which they will feel only with their mind.
I believe true 8K view is possible with above 80 inch display.
For 4K view screen should be above 40 inch.
For 2K view screen should be above 20 inch.
For 1K view screen should be above 10 inch.
Below 10 inch screen then watching 1K or 1080p and 720p is enough.
Ask true engineers, they will say what i mentioned in chat.
Others will just say salesman pitch and some people will buy listening that speech.
