Anonymous, 03 May 2023Which one to buy? S22 ultra or s23 ultra (+180$ in term of price)Go for s23 ultra. Better cameras, much better battery and perfomance, feels much better in the hand. 4 years of OS upgrades and 5 years security update starting from this year.

I've been using them with my Galaxy S phones, with the, under screen, Ultrasonic fingerprint readers since the S10. I have never run into any issues with them. They have always allowed the sensor to read just as accurately and fast as when the screen has no protector on it.

Alright, maybe it has sl... moreI agree Samsungs are known to lags and stutters, mainly here in Europe down to the Exynos Processor. But the latest SD Gen 2 Processor is a different ball park,. I've had my phone for 3 months now and it's been absolutely flawless. And I am always one who notices stutter and lag. One UI and Oxygen OS are all about choice. I much prefer One UI. Combine that with the Nova Launcher 8.0.3, which has fluid swipe animations for apps and gestures, it makes the S23 Ultra incredible.

apodexse, 03 May 2023not in the US at least. the 256GB model always has 8GB RAM ... moreProbably price difference is not that huge between 12/256 and 12/512 so it's more worth for retailers to take 12/512 instead of smaller storage model. In europe 12/256 is not popular but I've seen people with this configuration. However if you take a lot of photos/videos I would suggest you to go with 512.

About RAM itself 8gb vs 12gb it's not that huge difference for now. In a long run it could be bottleneck(maybe not). Personally I've taken 12gb variant because I'm planning to stick with with phone till s27u~

However, they tried to solve the laggy phone issue with a cheap MicroSD card. I still remember when my friend and I both bought the S7 edge together. He chose to pay with EMI, and I paid cash and also bought a 32GB Samsung Pro Plus MicroSD card. My friend chose not to buy one at all, but after three months, he started experiencing lagginess in his phone. When I checked, he was using a cheap 8GB MicroSD card that ruined his experience. I'm not saying that he didn't have money to buy it at first place, but sometimes people don't have enough knowledge about tech and its usage. Android is totally open-source and never disallows or disobeys any of our stupid hacks in the phone.

just a smile, 01 May 2023Who the hell would charge and transfer at the same time?Probably a person who wants to cook eggs on the phone.

I wanted to share my negative experience with the S23 Ultra 1TB that I purchased in Online Dubai , particularly regarding its poor connectivity despite strong 5G signal. As a gamer, a stable connection is essential for me, but unfortunately, the S23 Ultra kept disconnecting me from data with the dreaded message 'Connection lost, Reconnecting...'. This has been particularly frustrating while playing Mobile Legends, as it disrupts the gameplay and ruins the overall experience.

Despite attempting a factory reset of the settings to resolve the issue, the connectivity problem persisted. Consequently, I decided to take my S23 Ultra 1TB to the service center for assistance. They attempted to fix it with a software reset, but unfortunately, the issue persisted. I am now at a loss for what to do next and would appreciate any advice. It's disappointing to have such persistent problems with a device that I purchased with high hopes.
