I previously had s23, now using iphone 15. Yesterday i fixed deal for iphone 15 and ordered s24 but when i read specifications 😱 it has exynos. I immediately cancelled all plans and i am again happy with my iphone 15.

I did get the March update, but from april i guess they will stop it to 'motivate' us to upgrade. let's see, i was thinking about getting an iphone for the first time after 13 years with Android.

It doesn't get updated often and lacks some phones altoggether (s23 fe cough cough) so I wouldn't trust it that much. Lets hope they keep updating it though. I mean switching from monthly to updates at all seems rash.

I think it gets crazy with increasing the screen
I'm in Prefer of with a 5.8 screen.
And one more thing why they didn't do 45W
s23 s24.make better speakers After all, this is a flagship device, I think,, just improve the quality of fast charging speakers Camera Weight. It's a shame to spoil because a really great device. I hope they return to normal screens

oh my god! why they can't get rid of exynos I'm so disappointed again in samsung. Back then I ordered SD but they gave me exynos so annoying, I don't want that happen to again its too much hassle to return the phone and its takes additional money, geez s24 ultra also is out of my reach

there have already been tests on youtube with both chips and the SD is still better in almost all aspects. the real problem with exynos (for me) is the battery. initial tests show from 10%-15% less screen time for the exynos in comparison to SD. that's a no-no. and exynos runs hotter. which means that those 7 years of updates might be cut short due to 'heat degradation' aaaaand most problems will start showing in the summer. perhaps there is a reason these phones get released in January - cold:D. also, if samsung cheaps out because they 'do not have enough money' to pay Qualcomm, then there is no reason to pay for a phone with mediocre chip full price. luckily for most ppl, s24 is already discounted in my country.

I'm curious, why does the quick specs banner at the top of S24 say Snapdragon 8 gen 3, when the Exynos is shipped to more countries and users. Can you please either write both processors or just Exynos.

exynos version has poor coverage,just tested one against s23 with the same sim card and it constantly switches between 4g and 5g even without touching it,s23 shows stable 5g and full bars,exynos-no thank you,no price discount could lure me into that one

Furkan, 16 Mar 2024Exynos is worse than Dimensity🤣🤣Get used to Exynos. Next year all S25 devices in all regions will use Exynos. This year Exynos almost beat SD in CPU, and easily beat it in 3D rendering. Next year Exynos will probably beat SD in all aspects. Snapdragon reign is coming to an end.
