    Youre in 2024, 3.5mm is an ancient port. Micro SD? Are you kidding? Modern phones have nVMe storages of sizes 256gb n above that have great transfer speeds than a micro sd card can do.

Their OS UI is just so behind. Reminds me of having Xperia L back in 2014 thats just like a decade ago. Sony is the reason why no one prefers buying them in the current age.

        Guess you’re a Nokia that dont want to be relevant but just crib over what is just not so relevant.

          I just ordered my S24 Ultra with 512GB. I waited until TopCashBack had upped their cashback from the normal 2% to 10% for Samsung mobile purchases. I learned my lesson a few years ago when I purchased a Galaxy S phone right away, and a few days later their Cashback offer went up.

          It was showing an estimated delivery date of January 31st. If that holds, that would only be two days later than the January 29th date it showed on the first day orders went live. So that doesn't sound too bad.

          Although I wish BestBuy had the same $650 trade in deal for an S23+ as Samsung. Since it's much easier and quicker to trade in at BestBuy, since it's in person. Plus they are giving a $150 Best Buy gift card with the S24 Ultra purchase. Which would have been more useful to me than the $150 Samsung accessory credit I used.

          Hopefully, next year, it will work out better since I will be able to trade my S24 Ultra in toward an S25 Ultra. And that should give me the top trade in value.

            And such so, no one uses 3.5mm (only low end phones and Xperias, best earbuds and headphones are BT-Only) and UFS 4.0 is 10 times faster than any microSD.

            Get over it, we live in 2024 not in 2014 anymore.

              Samsung sold more S24 Ultra in the first 3 presale days than all of the other Android flagships together in all of 2023 in the entire world except China, mark my words.

              Not any marketing strategy lmao they are getting out of stock and now shipment date is estimated to be after 29th February for 1TB Exclusive versions. 1 month and a half. That's strategy for you? They didn't even made enough to fulfill the extreme amount of shipments. I know this is hard to understand from the position of a Sammy h4ter but these are FACTS.

                    I'm a data hoarder. I backup my photos and videos, but I still leave them on my phone. Currently I'm using less than half of my 1tb phone. I doubt this thing will fill up within the next couple years. I used to hate not having an SD card, but not anymore. If you need more than 1tb of storage on your phone, you really need to clean out your phone more often.

                    There's also USB OTG if you *really* need the extra storage. Plug in a USB flash drive or a USB SD card reader that is compatible with USB OTG and it acts like an SD card slot. If I'm going on a long trip, I can store plenty of movies and/or TV shows on that, plug it in, and either watch video straight off that, or transfer it over, watch it and then delete it off the phone. Also works great if I'm taking lots of photos and video and need to empty out the phone's storage without a computer. Just transfer it over to the USB stick or SD card and delete from my phone.

                    And not having a 3.5mm headphone jack sucks, sure. But I'm glad they got rid of it personally. My previous experience with bluetooth headphones sucked. They were terrible. But that was years ago. Now that I don't have a headphone jack, I *need* to give bluetooth a try again and, damn, it sounds so good. Even better than my wired headphones ever did. And there's always the option of a pair of USB headphones if you really need wired headphones.

                    So both of these are non-issues.

But get over it my friend is all dead and gone and won't come back.

                              I will not buy it because :

                              1. The 5x zoom camera is a downgrade from the 10x optical zoom.

                              2. They ruined the screen. It was a nice round one, the reason I've loved S7, S8, S9, Note 10+, Note 20, and now is back with a boring, horrible design. They had something unique, and they rolled back to a boring design.

                              3. The 5X 50 megapixel camera is very unsatisfactory. It can't capture a lot of details ...

                              4. No improvement in the 200 megapixel camera.

                              5. It has only 12GB of ram, the competition have 24gb ram and is cheaper.

                              6. The switch to Titanium I feel is a mistake, because the phone will just break easier. Check Jerry Rig with Titanium iPhone. The problem seems to be that titanium is a very hard material, and don't absorb the shocks well.

                              Right now I have an S23 ultra, and I need to find something else, because Samsung S24U is an expensive downgrade.

                              Regarding the AI part, is just useless. Maybe it is fun the first 10 minutes, but it is just a pile of unnecessary features, for what I will need most likely to pay a subscription.
                              This is just horrible, to have to pay a subscription after I pay 1450 euro for a phone, to use its software.

                              Horrible.
