The best you can do is to go to 100% authentic Samsung Service Center if there is one in your nearest place. Do not go to other Service Center because of the warranty. Your S24U is still warranted.

M72, 11 Feb 2024😢I have decided not to upgrade this year... the first time ... moreWhat did you expect in 1 year to change? Nuclear battery or something? In 1 year I think they did an amazing job.
1. Better screen. Brighter, more scratch resistant. less reflective.
2. Even more powerful chip. Snapdragon gen 2 is a beast but gen 3 is on another level.
3. 7 Years of OS updates.
4. Pretty cool and useful AI features for example: circle to search, summarize in notes app.
5. Flat screen(for most people it's a big plus).
However talking about upgrades. It's strange that you want to upgrade every single year. What's wrong with s23u for example? Your instagram is loading 0.01% slower? Snapdragon gen 2 inside s23u is more than capable for more years to come.

Way too many issues with this one. Picked it up on the 9th of Feb since then just taking rounds of Service Centres and Samsung showrooms.
- Dull Hazed out Screen with washed out colours.
- Way too many people complaining about Mura and Banding issues. I personally have the Banding, and all other phones i checked at Samsung Showroom have varied degrees of Banding.
- Cameras. Terrible. I upgraded from the 10T to here for a better Camera experience. Most pictures suck. Only the Zoom Videos and maybe Photos are awesome.
- Bluetooth connectivity issues.
- No upgrade on charging still at 45W. This i knew, but now with everything else, this feels like terrible as well.
I am sorry One Plus. Never felt this cheated. Proud user of 3T, 7T, 10T.

He tried to make things right at the first Verizon store he visited by accusing the owner of being the reason behind the lineups."

Anonymous, 11 Feb 2024Where is the 10x optical zoom lens? Is it an omission?They dropped the 12mp 10x zoom in favor of a 50mp 5x zoom with a bigger sensor. It takes worse long range photos, but the 5~10x shots are actually pretty decent thanks to the better light-gathering ability of the bigger sensor.

I just hope gsmarena will do LOL to make a different review. S24U has good design, no matter Sony did it first, S24U has full screen with the thinnest bezel to date.

it has a high megapixel 5x optical zoom, 100x zoom with ai upscaling ends up looking slightly better than the s23's 10x optical zoom lens

raiden1, 03 Feb 2024this is the best flagship in the history of smartphones.😢I have decided not to upgrade this year... the first time in 5 years. To me there are not enough reasons and I am not convinced that this phone is really better than s23 ultra which is a fantastic phone for me. SAMSUNG THIS TIME REALLY MESSED UP THINGS and they know it very well or they would not offer so many perks to convince people to buy the new phone

Dont buy the s24 ultra if you dont need the ai features and they're unnecessary to you or the 7 years of updates buy the s23 ultra instead of getting it for 1200-1400 you can get it for 700-900 and still get a good phone why would you spenf extra 400 on a new phone thats 10% faster and with ai youre probably going to use the phone for gaming,camera,watching and the phone is good no need for a s24 ultra get the s23 ultra litteraly still the best phone just that s24 ultra has slightly better cameras,slightly better processor and ai soo get the s23 ultra lol
