I been using my phone since February 2024, everything is good. i do cycling even its raining, and using the phone even in raining the phone is working wet screen or not and i love it.
Not sure why people complaining in sharp edge maybe they are using naked Phone but for me i cant use it naked cause im clumsy, as a proof my case i order online takes little longer and the phone accidentally drop and it has dents in Titanium Frame upper left. maybe next time i need to order case 1st before having the Phone i Pre-Order.

Basically like the iPhone 15 Pro (non-Max) or Pixel 9 Pro (non-XL). Would that sound like a good idea over an S24+, which is basically just a bigger version of the regular S24?

Up to 7 android update?thats really good 👍 thats means your phone will be with you minimum 7 years if u use properly.i wish many phones have that long lifespawn

I haved used 15 Pro max (for 8 months) and S24Ultra for 2 months..
My opinion
1) S24ultra is snappiest android in Market right now. Its dependable android
2) camera both photos and videos are still better on 15 Pro Max
3) Battery of both Iphone 15 pro max and s24 ultra similar but iphone has slightly more lasting battery
4) S24 ultra (above $1k) has almost same software like $200 Samsung.. which is kind of annoying because if u wanna enjoy samsung software get that 200$ phone (of course camera and speed wont be same) but features are almost identical
5) iphone updates come on same time for every region... but samsung updates some regions first and then other regions..which is again annoying like watching those new features on YT and not being able to enjoy and by the time old new update comes to your region its already old...
6) Iphone apps are well optimised.. for example, snapchat... when u select contacts for snap to share, the selection interface is so smooth but in android its kinda screen feel glitchy but infact its android app not well optimised...
7) for s24 ultra and other androids the covers arent that decent.. but every year and new model tou find hell of attractive cases for iphone
8) better resale value is a big plus in iphones

That strong almost 9 months after launch and sales. Shows the demand interest and strength of this phone truly being premium and a total package hardware and software that can fully be used by all users.
Total package. This is what happens when you focus on everything the product delivers. Not just camera specs.

Without stylus and stylus support less 2 vamra's .. it's c called the S24/S24+! We already have it! No other major hardware loss besides the Gorilla Hlass Armour, Titanium and screens I've & resolution. Everything else is there ans supported.

Everyone has the freedom to do whatever they want to do with their own money, and it's not your right to tell people what they should and shouldn't be spending on.
I mean sure, a $2000 designer sweater is not more useful than a $20 homemade sweater in terms of protecting you from the cold. A $500 wagyu steak is not more filling than a $5 fried chicken meal set. But hey, if you're filthy rich, you'd most likely not want to spend your money on the cheap stuff, because most rich people need to show others that they have class.

The best smartphone. Finally, I concede it is better than even the noisy iPhone 15 Pro Max or the latest Pixel phones in terms of low light photography. Forget Pixel phones' Night Sight. The S24 ultra's night mode is much better. In terms of specifications and software features and customizability, it's also the best (iPhones are the worst). Hardware too and even software support is better than even Google's Pixel phones. The only thing the S24 ultra doesn't beat on Pixels are some of the still Pixel AI exclusive photoediting stuff (add me, reimagine, best take, zoom enhance, auto frame, etc.) which the S24 ultra doesn't have a similar implementation yet. But I'm sure, Samsung will offer it in future One UI updates so there's absolutely no more reason to buy a Pixel with so-so Tensor processors or an overpriced iPhone with noisy night photos and mediocre, half-baked A.I.

Guys when to expect updates (not security fixes monthly) but OS update.
Camera is still biggest weakness (I found it took pictures like 30k phones-currently in market)
