As a note 10+ owner, i must admit that the s24 dissapointed me, its heavier to hold, the s25 u has less color richness, the camera lenses are big which require protective case which will add extra weight and size which make it annoying to hold, not worth the money really

I don't know if there is screen replacement offer for your phone. Just give it to the service centre. If there is a problem they will fix it.

I posted a comment recently about being disappointed with the graininess of the screen on my new S24 Ultra, in addition to the washed out colours.
Just thought I'd provide an update, if anyone is interested! The network provider I purchased the phone from recommended going to one of their stores to get it booked in for repair assessment. The store staff member had a look at the phone and actually agreed with me that she could see the graininess. But after running the standard Samsung diagnostic didn't bring up any faults, she said there was really no point sending it to their own repair centre if it was more of a quality issue rather than an outright fault as they wouldn't be able to do anything. So she told me to speak to Samsung.
Samsung did agree to take it in for repair due to the grain, after I sent a photo to confirm the issue. It's not Samsung themselves doing the repair but an 'authorised repairer'.
They called me after a couple days saying their techs couldn't find a fault. I explained the issue and said it may be more of a quality control issue, but that I had directly compared my S24 Ultra unit to a display model in a local shop and that unit had far less grain on the screen. One of the salesmen in that shop saw me comparing the two and it turned out he was quite a techie like myself so was interested in the issue. He was also able to notice the screen on my unit looking grainier once we had matched the settings.
So that's outright proof that the screen quality/graininess seems to be quite variable between units. I said to the repair centre advisor, if you just get your techs to Google the issue, they can easily see how to look out for it and what conditions it's worst in (i.e. low brightness, dark/grey colours displayed). They said they would pass that on to the techs and if they still couldn't find an issue, a 'quality control' department would check it.
Well I got the phone back a few days ago with a report saying they couldn't find any faults and that everything was within Samsung's spec so they didn't do anything to it apart from update to latest software. Grain is still present on the screen. So definitely disappointed with Samsung. Gonna be selling the phone on now as the screen on my S22 Ultra looks a lot better.
I think Samsung is really dropping the ball with their OLED quality control. Just had a new Asus laptop arrive a few days ago - a £2500 model - that has a Samsung manufactured OLED touchscreen and the screen on that is fucked out of the box. Has bright lines running across the middle of the screen, worse on darker colours but still noticeable on lots of content. And the colour tint is a lot warmer on the left hand side. Definitely seems to be a hardware issue as no updates (including BIOS/firmware) has changed it.
Of course Asus should have caught that issue but it's a Samsung screen. So now gonna have to wait for that to be repaired. At least that's a very noticeable fault ( https://1drv.ms/i/s!AqHC9qx1s8H_hP8KBAMBFBDbAlXpag?e=1tD6lo if anyone wants a look) whereas the S24 Ultra issue is more subtle, but still frustrating when it's worst for the ways I use the phone i.e. low brightness with dark mode.

I'm not a fan of curved displays so I'm glad I waited for the S24 Ultra. I upgraded from Note 20 4g and I became attached to the S Pen so instead of going back to Apple, I decided to purchase the S24 Ultra. The battery life is fine compared to my Note 20, although the phone only last a day since I'm a heavy gamer, I have no problem with that. What's missing is the option to block spam callers or fraudulent callers. I contacted Samsung and they admit it, unfortunately, they have the nonsense AI which I really don't use that much, but they removed that very important feature as it's a security risk for me. Also, I did not received any survey for this product sent by Samsung.
