Maria, 03 Oct 2025It's all about what you like, right? I dig flat screen... moreActually no. Its not all about what I like. Each person has thier own preferences in whatever screen they like . Some like flat screens, some like curve screens. Me personally prefer curve screens. And I've never had to replace screen protector on curve screen. Ive had it on for ages. Im very careful with my phones. But like I said you are entitled to your opinon as am I.

I dig flat screens 'cause I was always replacing the screen protector on my old curved one, like, twice a year. I haven't had to do that with this S24U. Curved screens look cooler, but they don't really do anything extra.

Curve screen is tougher than flat screens 💯 my s24 ultra screen looks flimsy . For me personally I prefer curve screens and I have screen protectors on them. So your wrong to say you can't get screen protector for curved screens.

Curve screens cracks easily in a fall and it's hard to put a screen protector on it. Flat screens has more benefits and it better to use with an Spen

Tornado, 28 Sep 2025Ok, in the last versions of One Ui I could see notification... moreIt seems do depend on where you place the lock screen clock. If you place the clock in the middle, you ain't gonna see those notification cards, however if you place it higher up, you will see the cards. It's different from One UI 7, and I agree it's far from ideal.

Those who updated to One UI 8; did you you lose any of your files including notes, messages, contacts, songs, gallery or any app data after the update ? And how is the battery life and overall performance ? I need to hear your reply.

Ok, in the last versions of One Ui I could see notifications on the lock screen in card style.
Updated to One UI 8
I only see a small icon of the app that has a notification on the lock screen. Already changed it in settings>notifications>lock screen and tap "CARDS".
And still only a small app icon shows under the clock on the lock screen. Ain't happy about it.

I just updated to the March 1st, 2025 security update, OneUI 6.1, Android 14. Right after, Samsung offered the OneUI 7 update, and I clicked "Later."
I think I should wait for OneUI 8, which seems better than OneUI 7.
