I went to the store to try this phone out and I love it, even though I already have the base model S24. I decided I didn't need another massive phone since I'm still rocking my S20 Ultra 5G, with a 6.9" screen, 12GB of RAM and 1TB SD card. Its still plenty fast, and aside from the AI features and the S-Pen, it pretty much has everything the S24 Ultra has.

      For camera i won't gone sell it.
      As i know one UI is best for me and i am use to it from very long time.

            Its the way to talk?
            Atleast they should check the device..

                Imagine saying that when Samsung releases monthly updates to a bunch of phones in different regions. Sometimes they are even faster than Google Pixel phones. Get your facts straight, learn a little, and investigate. Samsung is awesome with updates.

I still believe that if your camera hardware is broken due to a factory fault, they will kindly replace it.

                    I used the s23 ultra. I could use one telecom network for calls and texts and the other for internet.

                    S24 ultra does not give this option. So I'm forced to use one telecom network for all calls, texts and internet. This isn't helpful, as a dual phone.

                    Also, I have to press "ok" before my pin can go thru. S23 ultra allowed me to choose so I could get my pin working without having to press "ok".

                    Can your next update ensure these are fixed as im finding them very stressful?

                      The complaint which i m doing is for Camera..
                      That taking poor noisy and blurry images.
                      Also in Telephoto 5x its lags to focus on kbject
                      In Shadows many time pictures comes out to be washed out.
                      The Same thing I showed to customer care.
                      But they are npt Ready to Accrpt it.

                      Even multiple users were saying there my device has serious camera issues.

                      But sadly they are not accepting Negatives..

The sad part is sams... moreI am not a Samsung person, but from your opinion here, I think you complained to Samsung Care about your S24U, not because of the broken S24U, but because of your personal evaluation of the S24U.
                        I believe that if Samsung Care determines that your product is broken due to Samsung's fault, Samsung will replace it.

                        As for an update, I have no comment. I have received the May update.

                          But tye camera is just poor on s24 u.
                          And more poor is their Service these days

                          They should fix it.
                          As i shiwed them Results side by side with other devices as well.

                          They say one thing.
                          Its nirmal we can't do anything.

                          This iscthe behaviour of samsung Service center never faced these kind of issues earlier by samsung

                              If i get a bad stock then should replace or fix it.
                              Results came on normal phone display pc.. Just worst.
                              And today is 19th june still no securityvupdate and thats happening from 1st update they delay everytime..


                              Still you guys not ready to accept.
                              Nit just me.
                              Many like me who wants only samsung are disappointed due to their Service and Camera in S24u

                                      Let me correct you about camera:

                                      You are getting bad stock camera software not hardware. Hardware is more than capable, You have gcam available for it to release "more potential" from that. Gcam + hardware on samsung phones = great shots.

If we do compare them with the result of any current camera phones in the PC (laptop/desktop), the S24U camera is very good (if not perfect), well no phone is perfect.

                                        I do agree if S24U camera may be the same as S21U/S22U/S23U and this may make everyone dissapointed. That why I assume that S24U is for the new users/buyers who has phone older than S21U.
