[deleted post]Accept the fact man! These kind of features, like IR blaster, FM radio, SD card, 3.5 headphone jack disappeared 5 years ago from Samsung and Apple. They will never come back! Stop crying every year and adopt the new world.

Is it me, or there is less reason to choose this time the s24 ultra over the plus version ?
I'm still annoyed by the sharp corners of the ultra, and I'm not interested by the pen that no-one seems to use.

Design is such a downgrade from s22 ultra 🤮 22 is so simetrical and premium looking while 24 is just a fucking box like wtf?

Just more or less the same phone as last year and still a small main sensor still slow charging. There is literally no point upgrading to this model. Not just Samsung rob you other brands do the same.

Its 2024 and SD cards on flagships is a thing of the past. If it's a problem then keep your old phones till thy kingdom come and hope for the best while the rest of the world has moved on!!

Guys ,, open your eyes,, jst search xperia 1 mark 5 on gsmarena or 1 V ,, all the features u ll get i.e snapdragon processor, headphone jack, memory card slot, 120hz 4k HDR OLED display, fantastic ppi umr 643 or more, additionally sony's sound quality, sony's DSLR camera apps like Photo Pro, Video Pro, CinemaPro..., IP68 water resistant, front stereo speakers, No Punch hole camera which is disturbnce in screem, side mounted fingerprint, dedicated camera shutter button, eye Autofocus capture, and kuch moree,,, this was announced last year so imagine what would sony announc this year.. happy sony xperia customer here,,, luv u all

And yes, there are some iphone users who also complain about the design being the same every year. Yeah, it's not a bad design. It has to be simple, without a whole lot of crazy stufd going on if they want to sell as many phones as they want. It has to be appealing to the average consumer, or better said, the "NPCs". Anyways, slight changes here and there in design from time to time are more than appreciated.
