Narazumono, 27 Jan 2024I finally got my hands on it and the first thing i checked ... moreYou mentioned 'Yellow'. I liked the early gold samsungs. But is the yellow s24U more like a matt banana? Does Titanium add anything to the effect?

DarlingYext, 27 Jan 2024"Yall should start your own business and make phones w... more45w is fine for some but not for others so i get that, would have been even better if they had a a slight bump at least 15-20w bump and increase the charge speed on the wireless but that's an option, the fast charge does not effect the battery much it's the charge cycles and how many times you will charge it everyday/week/month, it's completely normal with any other device too.
that's batteries for you and they could actually use gan chargers by now at least sell them seperately those are much better imo for phones and more efficient.

Mehdi, 27 Jan 2024The tiny curve stop at the bezel, and is not on the display... moreYes the curve is on the bezel rather than the screen and it's very small (they likely added it so the glass and metal frame meet smoothly rather than with a sharp edge like on the base and plus versions) so applying a screen protector won't be an issue
I won't say no to extra protection, especially on a $1500 phone like this and if you ever break the screen, replacing an oled could cost you well over $200 which is just crazy

Dante, 06 Jan 2024Smaller zoom capability yes but way bigger sensor so better... moreBut not big enough to perform as good as the dedicated 10x telephoto they dropped, especially in poor light, where problems of non-optical zooming shows up easily. The Xiaomi 13 ultra's 5x sensor is of same size and doesn't perform as good in 10x zoom as dedicated 10x sensor of S23 ultra.
In the end, dropping proper 10x optical zoom for this gimmicky 8k zoom is a marketing trick, compromising quality and performance for a few marketing terms like "megapixels" "8k" etc etc.

Onemanarmy, 27 Jan 2024Its personal Preference , i love curved display more and by... moreNo no S22U dont feel cheap not at all... But for me as a flat display lover it's more premium/unique with this. I missed a flat display since i had the Huawei Mate 20X (2018).

Man the screen on the 24U absolutely sucks compared to the 23U! How can you mess up this bad while also releasing earlier than normal!

Samsung has, and always had the best Always On Display on any phone. Why did they have to copy the iPhone's version of Always On Display as well, that even most iPhone users disliked?

Narazumono, 27 Jan 2024I finally got my hands on it and the first thing i checked ... moreThe tiny curve stop at the bezel, and is not on the display. Does it make still harder to put a screen protector ? But is a screen protector necessary, knowing that the new screen is much more scratch resistant ?

Note7 owner, 26 Jan 2024"titanium" "AI" lol man just throw all... moreThe AI features are a gimmick, though the live translate could be useful. Circle to search is just Google Lens/Bixby Vision which we've had for years.
IMO they put very little effort into this phone this year

I finally got my hands on it and the first thing i checked are the bezels. For some reason they look really big in pictures but are much smaller in real life
The screen is not completely flat, there's a tiny curve on the sides of the phone (think of the S21 but even smaller than that), same goes for the back
The bezels are also finally symmectrical. The ugly fat chin that was on the Note 20, S22 and S23 ultras is finally gone. Good riddance
After using it for a few hours it honestly makes it hard to go back to my Exynos S22 ultra, the difference between these 2 is insane
Btw, if you consider buying this phone then i would strongly recommend you avoid the yellow version. Because the frame of the phone is visible from the front, the yellow makes it much more noticeable and the bezels stand out, this was the color i had and i'm not a fan of it

The Critic , 23 Jan 2024Why people every year only fussing up about faster charging... more"Yall should start your own business and make phones with 100W if that is so important to you 😑"
No need, there are already plenty of flagships and even midrange phones offering said speeds, or better.
"Why people every year only fussing up about faster charging?"
It's a $1300 phone, well at least that much. It's supposed to be the best of the best in everything, so why not fast charging, and fast wireless charging? They should just offer said specs for those who want/need it, while the rest can just ignore it and never use it.
"Fast charging does shorten the life of your battery"
Nope.
