It have more than enough revi... moreCooking nothing, my S24Ultra was made 14 days ago that is how fast they are making them and shipping to country, then to local Samsung distribution for despatch.(Yes there is an app that tells you the Date of Manufacture).
The demand has outstripped supply by 50% which is great for Samsung.

Chip, 08 Feb 2024I occasionally see YouTube shorts from a guy specialized in... moreif you care about storing your pictures and data, usb c flash drives for that exist and you can always have a back up phone that has an sd card and you can use it for that purpose and as a secondary phone, it's a handy solution and you won't lose much quality in the process and that is if you don't trust cloud services from goolge or samsung or typically icloud from apple.

It's super slow compared to cloud, to local storage(Idk what kind of p0rn you have to have on your phone to run out of space especially when you have 512GB or even 1TB variants) + you can connect any external SSD with type C. It's still faster than ancient SD card

Chip, 08 Feb 2024I occasionally see YouTube shorts from a guy specialized in... moreI agree that having an SD card slot is handy - but Samsung and Apple flagships haven't had one for YEARS now. If it's really that important to someone, they should just look for/buy another brand.
I think most people have all (or most) of their data backed-up these days anyway, so an SD card/slot is much less important (I have almost 1TB backed up to a portable hard drive).

Well finally got my S24Ultra 1TB, just solid and beautiful.
The Grey is strange it has a yellow tinge to it.

1. No need to upgrade from S23U. For older than S23U, it is absolutely depend on the budget or the offer.
2. S24U wont be a mistake if you need the best Android phone (and Samsung is not stupid to release a faulty products)

But if it will i rly don't csre bc i easily live without it.i nearly don't feel the AI on daily use sooo.

mehdi, 07 Feb 2024I think the problem is when you manage to get better pics,... moreI am using this one currently as I do play safe when spending lot and ofc I need Android phone LOL. I knew the result may not the best of the best standart but I feel Samsung produce the pic/vid consistently more.
In simple way, I do not need the expert hand or the right angle or the true light to produce constant very well-done pic/vid.
Talking about the Leica or else, they wont produce the lense for phone that they know the camera of phone cannot match their standarts. They are only justifying the color for their collaborations with the phone producers.

Flagship level camera is Vivo X100 Pro, 13 Ultra, Oppo and some others, they are clearly better, Samsung is behind, it's not even in competition, too much hardware from other flahships. For my eyes, clear difference.
I agree, i have also seen those phones againt a true camera and it was a big difference, especially when low light starts, but also in daylight, not a big difference, but a very big difference in quality, details, no contest.

What Samsung offer is a "Jack of all trades, master of none" with their cam. I wish they would upgrade the optical part. In other brands , they do not hesitate to put Leica or Zeiss lenses on their flagship models.
