Lack of innovation for years, but this iteration is like a name change only. There's nothing new, so they added RAM.
But, it is light. 5 gram lighter which is good. In the era of relentless heavy weight terror, this is welcome. Either this or Flip is a phone to have.

I wish they made a cheaper s25, with 720p 60 hz LCD screen. and less powerful chipset. Would easily have 2 days of usage with a screen like that. The A series phones are too big, with features I don't need.

If you do a charging test (I saw on youtube) between the S24 and the S24 Ultra, they get to 100% at the same time.

4000 mah battery in a 2025 flagship?
common samsung!
other phones are out there competing for batteries as strong as 5500 mah and beyond and as well making use of S/C batteries with faster charging watts and samsung is here making use of battery and charging capacity of over 4 years ago
besides i don't see much upgrade here most especially the cameras cos this is more or less an s24s

I think The galaxy s8 has better resolution than the 2025 galaxy s25 base that has only 1080 p FHD, i don't know why samsung never upgrades the small base galaxies...

I won't be buying the regular S25 since it still has slow 25W charging speeds... I will be sticking with my trusty S20 then!

I'm sad that they still haven't updated ultra-wide and telephoto cameras.
I'm thinking of giving Xiaomi 15 a try instead.
