They said the Ultra is to replace note and satisfied the fans. What fans. No Note fans happy about this. And now the rounded corners. So ugly. Even girls don't like that. I see videos on YouTubes most girls YouTuber love straight boxy design. This is because Samsung followed that softboy Tim Cook and listened to feedback of softboy male YouTuber like mrwhostheboss etc.
Now the Ultra just a bigger S phone with s pen. No sd slot no boxy design. Flawed product.

It's strange that a 2025 Samsung flagship cameras will still lose to 2024 models like the x200 pro and find x8 pro. Samsung need to wake up. They're becoming too lazy to adopt new tech

you insist on believing that i don't like the phone and all similar featureless phones because i am financially unable to acquire it (and not for the reasons i've stated)—and then you say "buying a phone doesn't prove you're rich" in response to my inferring that people DO buy phones to show off their status (because nothing says "humble" like a $1500 turbobrick). it looks an awful lot to me like you just see phones as an outlet to express *wealth*, however great or insignificant (you literally will not accept that i have other reasons not to buy)
my entire point is that some "consumers" (what a term) and companies alike are trying to make phones out to be some kind of extravagant fashion statement first and foremost, rather than the functional devices which they started out as, which we actually HAVE to use today to better navigate our complicated lives where everyone expects more and more from one-another, which is why the direction that phones have taken with companies tacitly colluding with one-another to strip away features in an effort to get customers to pay more is disappointing to the point of warranting my boycotting them. respectfully, i don't think you comprehend what i am expressing (look up the term "tacit collusion"; this is exactly what happened to the microSD card slot, and the headphone jack, and the removable battery, and custom firmware, and and and etc., and it is what is keeping us from seeing inroads to full-blown modular devices on an open standard for modularity, e.g. PCIE on phones)—and i don't think you respect me (i don't think you understand my post—you could just say so), so we're done

I think Samsung phones have got a lot better over the years . S20 was one of the worst phones I ever used. S24 is a whole different story. Xiaomi have some cheaper phones or maybe nothing phones. try one of those maybe?
