Having an S23 U. Comparing the specs there isn't too much of an upgrade. I want to see bigger changes on the camera side and maybe a slightly larger battery 5200-5400mah.
I really hope they would go 200/50/50/50 mpx.
With UW, Wide, 4x and something between 6x and 10x.

Keeping 5000mAh to make it 11-12g lighter and 0.4mm thinner is great. But the Chinese phone fanboys will hate on it despite this S25 Ultra getting better battery life than their HyperOS-riddled 6000mAh phone.

Nowadays, competing brands offer stellar, bright tele-lenses with huge sensors, while Samsung has a 67mm tele lens with a puny 1/3.5" sensor. This is as small as a pinhead. They compensate this by putting a lot of effort into image stacking and computational photography, including AI, but this can only help to a certain degree.

You just need LOTS of memory. And it's a fact that SDXC cards do offer a much better Gigabyte per Dollar-ratio than built-in storage.
Not everybody wants to stream their media all the time. In some regions of the world, mobile data plans are expensive, and in some regions you don't even have fast internet access. So, for all those folks, having plenty of local memory makes a lot of sense.
Most phone makers would rather make you pay a premium for a little bit more built in storage than enable SDXC capabilities.

Unless the cameras on these new flagship phones are all going to become microscopes, I think these companies are going to start having to develope more innovation elsewhere in these devices. Very little improvement can be made upon near perfection, which is pretty much what we have right now.
