For those who face issue with zoom lens open itself.
1- Uninstall Skype.
2- Format the device.
3 Reset the device to default setting

Multypurpose mibile and cam....s4 zoom aowsome..with all features.....but problem only with the bulky design..later on now they...came with perfect design with zooming in s5 zoom.....k.zoom will b the perfect mobile n cam multy designed mobile....enjoy....

I like it because it is very new and I am really popular having this phone but I was taking a video and all of a sudden I got out of the camera and my back camera stayed sticking out and it wont zoom at all when I switch to back camera and it is very blurry what do I do

Anonymous, 31 May 2014not have sim cead hahaha Micro sim= normal sim cut to smaller size. Have special cutter to cut sim. latest sim already have pre cut design. Just push out from normal sim to get micro sim.

This is the best phone i've used till now. The camera is awesome. I don't have to bring my camera along with me as i have my s4 zoom. Long battery life, but only 8gb internal memory is quite weird because of the good quality pictures demand even a 16 gb internal memory. 1.5 gb ram is good. Overall, the phone is awesome along with the price.

i think its better to have a removable option for the zoom. zooming gadget can be separate and can be fix to the phone when needed.

Breaking news Samsung galaxy K 20MP X25 zoom and S4 zoom 16MP X10 zoom have superior Quality snap/images in world indoor and outdoor, it has been proven many times and i also saw the results originally pictures, powerful Zneon led, better colours and images Zoomed cristal clear... yet your Nokia 808 41MP nd 1020 41MP both offer 38MP images size is better but images looks brightly edited colours/ fake and X3 zoom..... So its your choice

Niko... moreplz compare apples with apples and oranges with oranges. here the topic of discussion is S4 zoom a phone with a optical zoom ,compare its software with any other smart phone and compare its camera with any other smart phone camera. which smart phone beats s4zoom ofcourse except s5 zoom
