Samsung Galaxy S4 zoom

I want to buy a smart phone for the first time to be used in India. I am using at present Nokia E63 and one simple model of Samsung also.
Can any one suggest a phone which is value for money and user friendly also. I am not much tech savvy and do not want to spend more than 20 K INR or 300$.

I've had this phone for a few months and I haven't had any problems until recently when the camera got stuck have way out. Other than that it take great pictures in my opinion.

phone/camera,sucks...that home button is not suited in this device this is suppose to be more on taking photo,,texting and calling are you insane,

that someone is still alive and able to talk about this phone after pretty much 100 percent of everyone who bought this phone killed them self shortly after

I compared picture quality of S4 Zoom with Nikon L610. Nikon L610 photos were much better in low light situations and slightly better during day. Both have same 2.3" sensor. Maybe it is Samsung photo processiing software that causes photos to look inferior on S4 Zoom.
However if you are looking for camera ith phone capability, then this is your camera (that is aviod carrying two devices)!!

I bought this phone, it's great idea to have phone and camera at the same time, but I found the camera is poor and photo quality is not as I expected it or as it should be, so I sold it , I hope the S5 Zoom will have a better camera

Anonymous, 07 Mar 2014My S4 Zoom started randomly open the camera lens by itself ... moreyes i have same problem, this phone camera will came out automatically. i report allready shopkeeper but they will flash my mobile. temporary ok and then 1 week after same problem. what i will do? i can't understand. u can help me?
