Well folks, when is the latest update for Samsung galaxy S5... Other medium range handsets are updated with android 5.1.1. Being it is a flagship still it is with Andro 5. No further updates. Windows or IOS offers updates to all its phones But Samsung show partiality... I planned to move windows OS. It seems for better no lag at all... Hate Samsung, Hate. Hate. Hate....

I don't know my s5 is having gorilla glass or not. It cracked after falling from a half feet height .
These Samsung care people saying in our town in nellore district ap india. There is no one here to repair it has to send to chennai. Costs about 8k+ I don't know wt to do. ...😑

Sony produces natural colors. Samsung camera is oversaturated.
Also Samsung lags sometimes because of touchwiz UI.
Sony UI is clean, near stock, don't lag...

Buy this phone is amazing. I have it 1 year no problems no lags great in games hd graphics and runs all applications great. Superb screen. S5 is the best mobile. I suggest it 100%%%%

Please dont buy this phone. I bought this phone 2 months ago in saudi arabia. Made in vietenam.
DISPLAY IS BLINKING WHEN I REDUCE BRIGHTNESS. Otherwise no problem. I hate sony because of camera quality. I love samsung phone but now im confusing again i buy samsung or sony.
PLEASE DONT BUY THIS PHONE.
POSSITIVE about this device: great back camera better than any phone.(bt poor in low light ).
No lag,great display quality ( not in hardware wise ).
NEGATIVE:
AVERAGE FRONT CAMERA QUALITY
DISPLAY IS BLINKING AFTER 2 MONTHS.

About the overly sensitive buttons...
I got around that serious problem rather than return the phone. I bought an otterbox defender for the phone and very carefully trimmed the buttons on the otterbox so that I have to press medium hard before it contacts the actual buttons on the phone. I trimmed a little on the inside and a little on the outside. It works really well and I can have the phone in a pocket and be confident the buttons won't be accidentally pushed.

hi guys I need yo help.....I wanna update ma galaxy s5 sm g900f from stock android to android lollipop.......I want the official samsung lollipop firmware.....not the custom roms......when I go to download the firmware.....I find it available for different regions and the prob is.....I dont see ma region UGANDA there.....so I donno which one to download for ma device......I donno if like downloading one for another region might cause probz.....I see african regions like KENYA, SOUTH AFRICA....the rest are western areas......when I check ma device its showing UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (included in the screen shot below)......am using it here in Uganda....so I donno if I can download any other with another country??.....AV ALSO INCLUDED A SCREEN SHOT OF THE LIST OF REGIONS FOR THE FIRMWARES.........pliz help me coz I donno so much about this android firmware upgrades

This phone has become the biggest pain in the ass I have. Just one example. It has dialed 9-1-1 three times from my pocket. Think about it.
