This past year has been the most disappointing. Nexus 6 was a TV, HTC M9 lost it with cam and heat, LG G4 was just a mini update, Sony Z3 just update, Samsung S6 just let its prime customers down, Note series just let its customers down. The only one I bought was HTC M9 which I sold.

So only Nexus LG 2015 to look forward too. My main theme (bar iPhone but its boring) is Samsung and Nokia and don't mind BB but as I say nothing this past year to shout about. So going to buy S5 tomorrow to put me on till new Nexus out.

I have purchased the Samsung NP550P7C. This is the worst laptop I have ever bought. This computer does not run clean and I do not believe the specs they say are there. I play very simple video games and I always have to play them at the lowest setting, due to graphic lag. Also, the internet chip itself is so poor. It never keeps connectivity, even if I am beside the router itself. I've been using this for 3 years and since day one this laptop truly under performed. $1600 down the drain.

Good device but couldn't make easy calls

I bought it and find an issue in hearing distortion with the the other connect so I tried with my operator finally they informed me that it's an issue out of the network especially it was in 50% of the calls not always I went to Samsung they took the device and change spare part and returned back to me in a good shape after curing this fault after 2 months I found the same fault appeared again I contacted them but they informed me that it's out of warrranty althought its the same fault ... really I am very disapointed

I am using this phone for some months now. I have not experienced any problem yet. The battery, processors, screen and everything is perfect..! The S Health app and water resistant feature add value to the phone.. Probably the most decent and best product of Samsung so far..

amit77777, 14 Aug 2015'water resistant upto 1 metre n 30 min' what is it mean?It means that it is water resistant. Water proof means water isn't ever going to get inside of the electronics. Resistant means it can keep water out for an allotted amount of time. In this case, it is saying you can go 3 meters deep but for no longer than 30 minutes.

Point being, you don't have to worry about ruining your phone if you drop it in a glass of water, in the toilet, etc. But it's not mean to go scuba diving and take pictures.

amit77777, 14 Aug 2015'water resistant upto 1 metre n 30 min' what is it mean?It can withstand water upto 30 min if immersed in 1 meter or less depth of water

I accidentally put my phone into a laundry machine that ran for 2 and half hours and the phone was still running like nothing happened. All I can say is it is surely water resistant. :D

It was a promising device. Unfortunately it has rather poor support from Samsung. The build quality is also poor.

Means that it can resist water pressure prevailing at 1m for a duration of 30m as far as tests conducted in labs are concerned. But the thing is that it is not water proof but water resistant and can therefore still get some damaged if exposed deliberately to water. Its real resistance is that it is splash proof mainly...

sukrsa2004, 11 Aug 2015Besides your comments I want to add some. How Apple make ... moreYour comment is pathetic. You actually know nothing about smartphones, but you act like a well-known expert...

iDevices rather mediocre multitasking and lack of flash player support are not caused by the optimisation!

The former is caused by the low amount of RAM. Browser tabs refreshing, apps reloading, etc. are all the result of the 1 GB of RAM. If you take a look at the iPad Air 2 with 2 GB of RAM, there's no such thing happening anymore.

The latter on the other hand, isn't caused by anything... iOS doesn't support Flash Player since its creation. It's also worth mentioning that Android has long terminated Flash Player support officially since (IIRC) Jelly Bean.

S5 is the best choice now if you are looking for a top range smartphone.
Price is now cheap thanks to S6 but the S5 is not much different compare to S6.
In fact i feel it is better. I don't really mind the built material or fingerprint sensor.
S5 has a better battery life, microSD slot, amazing screen and Snapdragon 801 is still amazingly fast. Strongly recommend to go for it

S5 will not dissapont you in any respects it has a great screen and camera over Z2 as well as better battery backup though it will feel cheap and plasticy too at the same time its lighter than z2 and easier to operate with both hands also you will have to compensate aor a gig of ram too as s5 ha 2gb and z2 has 3gb of ram but dont worry s5 wont lag as it has high ram usage so all applcations are loaded into memory so opens faster.
