I have this phone since last year around October and things have been great, until recently, I have started experiencing problems with sim recognition, especially when the battery is low. I have an extra battery as well. Whenever I replace the battery with a fully charged one, phone is not recognizing the sim if I turn it back on, therefore I cannot make calls or send sms. I have to reinsert the sim and turn it back on a couple of times for it to work. Anyone of you experienced this or do you guys know the solution to this?

I have G900I in Pakistan, & still no 5.0 update & on 4.4.2. Tried OTA & Kies. Will I get update or should I have gone for the european/international version. Pls advise.

I don't own this phone, am looking to. I would be recommend that if you want to do any underwater stuff, you buy a special waterproof case, if available. As a technician, ANY chance of water getting in will result in immediate or eventual failure. I read some reviews on Cnet of water damage.

i'm just upgrade to android lollipop,
the UI was nice, and run very smooth, i use for about 1years already and nothing error,
very recommend..

I bought a phone in March of this year. I have had nothing but issues with it, and samsung has a full record or issues and dates.
Today I was told that Samsung has a 'policy' - a policy that i have never seen, that is NOT on line, that was NOT given to me in small print when I bought my phone, and that I am not allowed to read.. but a policy none the less.. this policy says you have to have your phone sent into a 'repair' shop 3 - yes THREE times before they will consider replacing it. If anyone asks me for a recommendation for samsung.. it is NO - dont go near them

Themi, 14 May 2015My s5 batery got 2 or 3 hours to charging from 99% to fully... moreThat is normal. It is a mechanism built for the phone to prevent it from overcharging. The last 1% is actually getting 0.3-0.2A of output power from the charger. This slows down charging.

If you get a set of samsung hs3000 bluetooth earphones, they have aptx technology, and so does the s5, the sound will blo you away.

Where I am right now (on another phone model.) I couldn't get the web page to change, so I put in a code into the phone pad, changed the fast dormancy settings....and..good to go. I have a different samsung phone than yours, so I don't want to mess your phone, but maybe someone on here has the code for your phone to give it a try.
