To remove the 'My Magazine' press and hold home screen now go to 'home screen settings' and uncheck the 'My Magzine'. that's it.

My s5 was working just fine until i updated it to the new Software. Since then, i cannot open some applications which were working just perfect. I think it's better Samsung fixes this because it's just irritant whereby you cannot use some apps and also needs to restart your phone all the time before the camera works!

Guys please help me. Last friday i had weekend off with my friends. While on holiday i was playing with my phone, little bit facebook and etc you know. Hohr later when i tried to check my fb i noticed problem. My s5 looked like being dead. Can hear lock sound , can recieve calls, but the screen is black. I did 10+ restarts but the only thing i got i a screen that lasts 2-3 sec and has tons of colors, then my screen becomes black and unworlable. Please help if you know something, im deserate. Cheers!

My little nephew mistakenly dropped my S5, and since then my phone has been having some issues.
1. The screen could just go off and wont come back on unless I do a hard reset.
2. Sometimes the screen just looses some of its colour, you know and appears dimly lit.
3. And sometimes when i make calls (or if someone calls me) the people I call complain of not hearing me.I guess that should be my mouth piece, but I have checked the functionality of my mouth piece with my phone recorder and its perfectly ok.
Besides these three problems the phone is perfect.
I really want to fix it, and I have tried to fix.
I went to slot phones (where i bought it)in Abuja they said they had to send the phone to Lagos for about two weeks, that the phone brand was new and there is this device for opening it and its only at their Lagos repair shop.....blablablayadayadayada.
I asked someone else that repairs phones, he said that the cause of the problem would probably be that my screen now has partial contact with the phone panel. he also said my mouth piece seamed ok.
Me I have tire ooo!
Any advice or help will be highly appreciated.

The 'My Magazine' can be removed and you get continuous scrolling once again...I did it with mine. My S5 works fine. Had it since October 17th and not once has it crashed nor hanged. Everything is smooth with my S5.
