Don't be fooled by the "wireless changing" claim in the Features section. While the Nexus 5 (my first and cheaper choice) includes wireless charging built in, the S5 requires a $40 alternate battery cover to enable wireless charging.
Otherwise, VERY pleased with this phone.

Try checking regularly with Kies software or with sammobile website.

Hello could anybody say how is the lolipop update working any bugs or draining battery ? I have got an update but im aftaid of instaling it model is smg900f europe version thanks in advance

Is the Lollipop update available for the Europe version of the phone? Also, if my phone is locked to a career will I be able to update it?

man, 01 Feb 2015I like lolipop, but sliding pages on homescreen is laggy so... moreit cuz of stupid ui (touchwiz) the worst ui ever it so laggy but the phone awesome hope sammy use another ui :)

Guys please help... i have my s5 for 2 months and it is awesome . But after upgrading to lolipop im facing some issues : it became pretty laggy ( i have almost whole memory free) and i think my battery drains faster . Have any of you some advice ? long live samsung :D

I had this phone for like a week now, and I updated to lollipop the day I bought it ., battery life is good and I love the new user interface , it's so so tasty like lollipop. The only thing they should fix here is make the apps showing running apps pop up faster when u tap the left hand soft key , when that is done which I believe they can fix with an update this phone will even be better

I honestly believe iPhone beats any Samsung phone. It may have a weaker camera, a less elaborate specs but who cares, IOS is a much more user friendly program and with an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6+, you can do wonders with IOS vs. Samsung best phone using Android. Try this and you will see. Forward an email from a pop or Exchange account, then try editing its contenting before sending. Not possible but on iOS it is a breeze. This is only one of the examples.

I have been using this phone for the past 4 months. Loved it a A lot. No battery heat up issues line S4. Great battery time and camera too. its durability is far better than Xperia Z3.

k, 31 Jan 2015yersterday only i bought this mobile but while connecting t... morego under settings scroll down till you see about phone then look for build number tap on it 8 times then go back and look for developer its close to about phone then go into it and enable the usb debuging very easy then plug it in on pc and make sure its on media device (mtp) then open up your my computer then look where you will see flashdrives ect. (removable devices) it would appear there as a portable media device
