I don't understand why some people say the G900H is the Indian version. Not because that's the only variant available in your country means it's the Indian version. It's available in virtually every country. Even I have the G900H and happy with it...and I'm millions of light years away from India.

Yet to buy,pls i wnt to knw if d sims are located(S5 dual sim version) under d battery or one under and d other sim above at d bottom rite or left like d galaxy win duo. Pls I nid an answer asap,tnx.

I've got the Lollipop update just 2 days ago and I'm VERY happy with it. Looks beautiful, fast and more user friendly. The camera also has improved, the response time after pushing the camera button has become shorter (escpecially in low light) and that is great! The battery life is just as good as before the update. I'm glad that I didn't need to reset the phone after update. Thanks you very much Samsung for making the S5. The perfect phone for me.

Galaxy S5 is the King of Displays, it has an Excellent Sunlight Visibility in Auto Brightness, no other phone in this world right now to beat S5 display.i had compared every flagship in sunlight.

GSMA were claiming somewhere around end november that Samsung was seeding LP to its Polish phones...
I only got here in Western Europe officialy 6 days ago.
Samsung is sending updates on some scheduled region plan basis, so when it will be your turn, it will be your turn. Now you can check on Sammobile for daily latest pushed firmwares all around the world.
And it's not only Samsung, LG was "first" on LP with G3, i got my official update just before new year evening or right after (don't remember).

for battery, i really doubt it since there are many complaints about it on another forum i go often. I was to get 2 days usage on kitkat, for now, i think i will get "almost" 2 days. I have 22% battery left for starting my 2nd day today.
Free ram argument must be on some empty phone. I remember having tested kitkat with free ram, i was about same as lollipop. And i don't see the point in watching free ram, it's there to be used anyway, if not by you, by the system since android likes dynamically caching everything.
On my LG G3, i have 1.6gb ram used atm and i don't complain about it.
More, on lollipop now i feel the S5 is slower to react than on kitkat : more latency when pressing back or entering call logs and sliding a contact and waiting for the call window to appear.
Anyway, i let Samsung bugfix that if not, i was thinking about S6 on release as i do every year with rebate thanks to cash back from S5, they do that every year here. If S6 doesn't please me, i'll get back to kitkat, rom is already there waiting to be flashed but i have too much to backup for now.

-Silent mode to toogle on the go, whenever you want without entering any parameter submenu, just with quick toogle buttons or long power press menu.
-And Blocking Mode which was way more convenient than priority mode half assed option : it was schedulable. But i doubt you were using it or you would miss greatly that option.
That's why we complain.
And to support my complain, i have a LG G3, and it has BOTH options on Lollipop.
Blocking mode was in Galaxy S3/S4 before it appeared on some IOS update, we had an original feature which got wiped out whereas now it's included in many other phones be default (i have a lenovo Sisley too which has it).

johnv, 24 Jan 2015my Moto g was updated to Lollipop 5.0.2 last week. so your ... moreNice for you. Motorola hasn't a better support of his phones than others, that's my point. We on Moto X, "flagship of 2013 unlike your Moto G", have a battery draining bug since 4.4.4 in last June. they never issued a single bugfix update.
That's why updates for motorola are bull.
Waiting for 7 months for an OS update to get rid of a bug? Nice. I only bought Motorola last year, because i thought i would get "top updates speed". So don't come in bragging your mid-low end phone here, for "once that you got an update". We are talking about flagships.

samsung is unable to compete with a handset like moto g in delivering updates. Its shame & Its funny!
Iam not comparing it with nexus, But atleast for the flagship devices like s5, samsung should release updates before devices like moto g.
wake up samsung people will definitely doubt in purchasing your s6 again!

Are you sayi... more @Original-Jamaican.... instead of silent mode in lollipop there is a option called 'priority mode' which is similar to 'Do not disturb mode' in iphones. Ther you can configure how long you phone will remain in 'silent mode' etc... you can even make calls form strangers 'silent' and calls from your 'contacts' normal'. But it is not as fast as 'silent mode' where you can just turn it on.I am a Moto G user and i feel like i bought a new phone after i updated to lollipop.
But in TouchWiz there is not much changes in icons etc apart from colur changes in 'settings , dialer etc. Videos of S5 with lollipop is available at Youtube.....BTW free ram is around 400-450mb(1 gb) in lollipop instead of 300-350(1 gb) in kitkat. and battery life is improved as well..

Galaxy s5 and Moto x 2014 both ... moreIf given your priorities i would be able to surely say to you which one is better but as per my choice only think should matter is the performance of the phone so i tell you the fact that S5 will get updates but it will be laggier as it gets updates and while moto devices updates are of directly stock android it will never fail you.Also moto x was chosen one of the best devices of 2014.so clearly choice is yours.
