I would repurchase S5. The S5 definitely has one advantage over the Note 3 and Note 4, water-restance and other feature IP67/68 have to offer. Other than that the S5 has a popular DSLR feature called phase-detection autofocus (This AF method is most prevalent in digital SLR cameras) which makes get subjects pin-sharp resulting in more detailed/defined images. There's a dedicated hardware in the camera for phase-detection autofocus, it's not software based. Notice in the S5 ads Samsung boasts professional DSLR camera features. S5 is a big winner.

The reason Samsung don't release quick updates is because it's not stock android. Stock android like Nexus and Motorola faced lots of bug issue when Android L was launched. Samsung likes to wait and fix all the bug issues and then release them instead of pushing for quick updates. It will only be worse scenario because it won't perform well with Touchwiz. I agree that the Touchwiz is a little laggy but you won't see it after the Note 3 series. Have patience and you will get the right updates. Cheers!!!!

Anonymous, 24 Jan 2015About "battery and free ram" : for battery, i ... moreEvery one uses their phones differently..after updating to lollipop there is an increase in battery life bcoz of new 'power saving mode'.. am not saying a huge difference...now more ram is always good as it is good for multitasking...more apps can be opened simultaneously..of course all this depends on one's usage

You all will get lollipop very soon guys don't worry... There are only few staff in updatation center at Samsung... That's why Samsung is too slow to update their any phone.. Just chill chill, just chill

In country like India we spend Rs.50000.
And still we not getting 5.0 lollypop.its not fair.so Samsung must thing over this.
