I like my Samsung Galaxy S5. I suggest S5 for everyone. Its a good phone with outstanding features and performance especially Battery back up. !

but 1st of all s5 front camera is'nt 5MP its 2MP
2nd even if u insert a 64 GB card u can only watch movies, but cant install games in sd card because android does not allow u to install it on sd, except that u have rooted ur phone...
most of people here has prblmz with battery, i dnt knw y, my s5 on normal usage ( texting. whatsapp. viber) give me 3 days of back up,
may be thats because mine is octa core, which is SM-G900H
which one is ur's ?

Hey Everyone,
I am writing DAY 1 experience of the S5. Bought it on 25-Dec (yee Christmas -- I nice day to gift self).
Choosing S5 was a tough decision as at this price point you have many phones, Ex HTC Desire Eye (INR 36000), Lenevo Z2, HTC One Eye (INR 35000), iPhone 5s (INR 8000 more than S5). I liked it because it gave the easy to travel with it, easy to use it, updates, 128 GB expandable, 16 MP snapper and 432 PPI resolution.
Everything in this phone is great, except battery. I wish Samsung has given 3000 mah battery. I am a limited user who doesn't play much of games but yes text a lot on WhatsApp. Still the battery backup doesn't go for long.
Leaving this the phone is very light and pure joy to use. Samsung has started seeding 5.0 in Poland and some European countries. I am sure in a months time it will be in India and other countries too.
After installing all applications I need, I am still left with 8 GB of Internal memory. Also don't forget to add 32 GB class 10 ultra memory if you like to watch some movies on high resolution or play some Gameloft games. This will give you huge space to use approx 40 GB or more.
The 16 mp back and 5 mp front snapper give very clear pictures. You can put them in your laptop/desktop and zoom them to check the clarity and picture distortion. If anyone of you know some tips and tricks of photography I am sure you will pull out some great pics.
This is it for now, I will post the next one after 1 week of usages.
Last but not the least the device looks more beautiful and classy in White than Gold or Black.

john, 26 Dec 2014How to Upgrade S5 TO lollipop?I didnt update mine yet because lollipop for sm900h is not released yet , u can check urs by going to settings--> about device--> software update--> check for updates
Be sure to use a wifi if update is available

I wanna buy one of thoose Samsung models, but i dont know which is better to keep min. 3 years, if anyone can propose i will aprociate that. I dont know well english language, but i hope that was understood, sorry and thankyouu!!

1- Weak signal / s3 was much better and strong signal
2- VERY weak speaker / again my old s3 had good speaker

today i get to know that my samsung galaxy s5 is octa core version, :p
thats y i get a 3 days battery back up, on normal to heavy usage, because it uses the small cores for normal using so keep ur battery efficient, i m happy with it
