Given they released S5 & Alpha, I'm surprised they bothered to release S5 mini. The latter I think didn't have a point.

Yeah U are right.
Just made S4 into uglier, heavier, Thicker and calling it as Flagship.
S4 having good ergonomics and High pixel density.
S4 black leather edition is the best & no way nearer to this Grand 3 in disguise.

the operating system kitkat is soft ,smooth,never lags at all, hd games runs smooth.( and amazing thing is lollipop 5.0 is coming for s5 )
finger print scanner works always, once u get used to it and scan ur finger in the same way as ur phone tells u..
coudnt find any cons yet..its just perfect for me...
enable HDR in low light situations ,the picture will be more clear even in low light.. :)
the display is simply mind blowing..all colors r so crispy.. u will enjoy using it :)
i know when i didnt bought the phone,i was very much confused abt getting it or not..but now m happy with it ;)

I bought the S5 Duos primarily for data connectivity multiple networks and do not use it as a phone. Over the last 2 months I have suffered repeated link drops without recovery, sim card drops that do recover and even wifi data freezes all on a several times a day basis. The sim card drops have been mitigated by turning on only one sim and leaving the other off which sucks as I usually have to restart the S5 twice to make the switch or pull the battery. Link drops are the worst as it seems to occur during critical data transfers and always requires a battery pull to recover from. The wifi freezes take a minute or two to clear on their own and does not seem to be related to my wifi device as its monitored and there is not data stoppage on its end. This may be a great phone and takes surprisingly nice pictures, but as a data device its a POS and will be replaced. Not worth the high price and I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

just took some photos on the camera in day light,i got to admit this is the best camera i have ever used on a cell phone...i m sharing one here..still its not full resolution image, i have to resize it

Hi everybody I own an S5 for the past 6 months and I would like to say that the handset is really good except for a few features where the battery gets drained off way too fast which I noticed since last month when I changed to a 4G network (it retains the power for just 8 to 10 hours depending on the usage) and at a very few occasions it hangs up which is also OK as you know the software sometimes gives a glitch which is totally understandable. The functions of the phone is really great and very fast as of today. I hope the guys from samsung can read this post and maybe improve their device in the future ones. I am a great fan of the samsung's S series and I would love the get the next one i.e. the S6 if the guys can really improvise the device.

Don't use Samsung Galaxy S5...
if u don't like..
for me, its the best so far..
don't compare it to others.. just look for its overall function..
comparing it after you buy is just trolling.. u shud only compare your phone if it really fails you (except factory defect)
each one of us has a prospective of buying a smart phone.
for me, this is the best so far..

Imagine I tried to take vide... moredear.. every one choose a cell phone that suits his life style, u might be right, but i dnt need cell phone to record any video at night,thats how my life is..i took some pictures in low light,and they were great...i will try to record a video..then will post my opinion, other features of phone are great

I compare the video quality on my iPhone 4s the result is too far from iPhone 4s. The light is very awful. try to take a video at night no light at all then check if the video is good or not... Correct me if im wrong.
