I got the Mashmallow update and its very bad! The screen has a bright light background now which you can't change! Guys, don't get this update!!!!

Don't ever buy Samsung, they have the worst Customer service, when you have a warranty issues, you have to wait and wait send email after email wait 24 to 72 HR for them to contact you. They never do and then you have to start all over. Get a different phone and Tablet because when they stop working after 3 months you have to wait 3 month more just to get it fixed thats if you get lucky.

After Selling My Galaxy S5 I'm Taking My Breathe Easy.......... Phone Is Good If Ur Normal User... Because No Dual Sim, No Vo Lte, Battery Average, Can't Move Applications To Memory Card (Not A Problem), No Themes....... Now I Will Go For Galaxy J7 or Redmi Note 4 or Wait For Redmi 5 or Any New Mobile But Now Using My Old Lumia 640 Which Have Have Better Battery N Better Smothness, Easy To Use ....... I Will Again Say If U Only Want To Try Then Go For Galaxy S5 Second Hand With Less Money (Don't Go For New One) :)

AnonD-719034, 28 Nov 2017Just retired my s5 today. It was a great phone but it's cle... moremine is still serving me well and i have always treated it well too. im not a heavy user thats why it still holding out. but no complaints and i'm never going to upgrade till i see a similar new one

Just retired my s5 today. It was a great phone but it's clearly dated it terms of style and functionality. The chrome bezels are about 50% worn off. Over the past 3 years, it's taken such a beating. 5/5 phone for it's time. 2GB ram is good for most stuff, but it does get bogged down. Can't play PokemonGo on it because the RAM is just not enough. Also can't use facebook messenger and google assistant at the same time.

Nawab, 28 Nov 2017I bought my S5 as an used one before two years, still it's ... moreyes this is still a very good and reliable phone. everything is stable and to me it's better than some newer models. even s6 after this model is very erratic and for me 2gb ram i'm ok

I bought my S5 as an used one before two years, still it's working good. only problem I felt it have only 2GB ram otherwise perfect... This is a nice phone I ever used...
