Radio app doesn't need the FM radio hardware.
It is an application from the Play Store and there are plenty to choose from. I prefer the TuneIn radio app. It gives me radio stations from different countries and there are better radio stations that are not available when using the built in FM radio, you can only listen to those exclusive radio stations using radio app.

But if I buy the white, it will look weird if I replace it's back cover with blue back cover because the white bezel will not match. LOL!
Therefore, black gives more option to put different back cover color, and will still looks appealing.

I'm thinking to purchase the s5 but I'll purchase the black version. Yes the polycarbonate is great. It's really durable. My phone has taken a fall atleast 15 times but just has only A little cosmetic damage.
I just like the black phone and white accessories. The s5 charcoal Black has a soft touch feel which I like over the tough feel of shimmery white version. That's my own preference though.

I got the white since black wasn't in stock 2 days after release here..

I think it is only the back cover that is blue, but the bezel in front is black?
Unlike the white, the bezel is also white.

I've read that in various reviews and also felt in real life. The white and golden have same feel and and black and Blue have same finish.
The feels are not vastly different but they are different. The white one is more solid and black is more soft.
For the color, it's subjective I guess. I had an xperia u white before and it smudged line anything. After 5 months it wasn't even white. After that I decided to never get white.

It's feel is plasticky and ... morei think the colour preference is very objective, everyone has different taste towards it. how is white looks more plastic-ish and feels softer when they're both made of the exact same plastic? I owned a white note before and it didn't turn brown or yellow after two years of use, plus the white colour of s5 is not exactly white, it's more like cream or very light beige. the perforated back is also very good at rejecting stuff and it won't get dirty so easily. i've also seen many reviews saying white one looks better. i think white looks more refreshing and clean and black kinda exaggerates the dimples on the back. i think black one is also very nice especially it integrates well with the display on the front, honestly i had a hard time choosing the colour of my s5, but personally i like the white one more.
