The phone is quite awesome and I love it btw the protection is not that strong try it yourself that cover is not strong plus the durability I have a cover which can last for years and also makes it look good

Sh... moreLet me clear Mr/Ms Tcool,a lot of people compare every time theres a new predecessor like in Samsung S3 and S4,they said S4 is a minor upgrade from S3,and now S5 also a minor upgrade from S4 but infact there is a major upgrade in every predecessor.

EVERYBODY EVERYBODY has a hang up with Samsung using plastic as a shell
The shell forms such an insignificant part of the total phone make up, you would think that it were "brain" and not say body hair.
SAMSUNG USES GORILLA GLASS AS WELL(skip it) Multicore processor (skip it), you get the the picture
I have a Nokia E6 Silver so METAL (it has alway had a S-line wave cover on it, but it has been scratched and on metal,is SO noticeable
Any Galaxy S over a Nokia 701,is the better phone!
There is NO need to have the latest Galaxy S
I have the S2,on contract.
BOTH The S3 or S4 came out whilst I was still in contract and all the offer is FASTER processor better camera etc, and yes cost more
As far as the Galaxy S range goes, there is NO need for me to upgrade pay more for a better product, when all that product is / are not required
The serious upgrade for me was the S2 Dual Core
A metal phone will MARK visibly if you do not protect it
Metal only feels premium due to it conducting heat better
Why Samsung gets my vote is MICROSD expansion & removable battery,
HTC are learning the lesson as now the have MICROSD expansion , put a removable battery in and HTC WILL take customers away from Samsung
So as long as Samsung amkes better phones then I have no issue with the small amount of P L A S T I C it uses, the Galaxy S range are NOT TOYS
My E6 MetaL is NOTICIBLY SCRATCHED
Yes I would be better off with a S5 who wouldn't but there are some whose first experiance maybe an S4...
Two years down the line an S7 may not even do it for them.
The MORE expensive the phone the better some take care of it and an upgrade is "not required" as the phone works fine even after 2 years.
Once you go Galaxy S you can't go back
Anybody who has a metal phone uncovered WILL be using a scratched "premium feel2 phone within a matter of weeks

Sh... moreits up to you my friend,maybe they will release the blue after 2-3 weeks like in S4,S4 first release only white frost and black mist and after 2-3 weeks the arctic blue and black edition.but i compared the blue and black S5 id rather choose black,it is awesome in the hand unlike in the picture,plus add flip case or any case for the protection it was great for black,but the blue i really dont know if it was good or bad color.

But... moreit actually depends on your taste,because only 2 available in the market,only Europe or Vodafone has a limited edition of copper gold and maybe AT&T and the rest of the world has 2 colors which is shimmery white and charcoal black,i dont know if the blue is available but upon posting this there is no available in blue color,always pre-order for the blue one,the only available in the market today are charcoal black and shimmery white,if you ask me which color is awesome i think for me charcoal black because my purpose is for the LED notification and home button,back button,you can see it even in direct sun light/dim light.but if you are female go for shimmery white because i think they like it white.

I am happy with my 1 year 8 month old Nokia 701, with Frequent Heat up and then Battery Hang up. I bought it for INR 17,750 with another INR 750 for a 16GB microSD Card. Frequent Hangs in the phone makes me annoying, but there is no other go. Wanted to purchase Samsung Mobile instead.
