seriously people it's a smartphone, why would you want to listen to scratchy FM radio. "hey what are you doing on your band new state of the art all capable smart phone?" "um listening to FM radio" I mean really how dumb does that sound, besides if you're that desperate to listen to your local radio station, there's probably an app for it anyways....

Most people don't use the built in FM radio in mobile phone that is why it is removed.
I have a tablet with FM radio but I prefer to listen to TuneIn radio app when I want to, because I can connect it wirelessly to my bluetooth Bose Soundlink Mini without the messy wires. Can you do that to the built-in FM radio?
And on my phone, while it is charging, I can listen to the radio through bluetooth headset.
Can you do that to the built-in FM radio while the phone is charging? LOL!

I picked up a galaxy s4 19506 here in the Philippines and the specs of it blow the gs5 away. Only problem is I cannot use lte unless in Korea. Thats ok I am mostly wifi everywhere back in the states anyways. Also the 8 core processor Samsung Korean version, don't remember what model that is off top of my head but come on Samsung bring that greatness I have with my I9506 to the gs5.

And I worked in other country so all the local radio broadcasts were in local language, how do you think the built in radio will be useful?
Let's say you are an Indian working in China, will you still use the built in FM radio to listen to Chinese broadcasts which you cannot understand?
Radio app lets you listen to most radio stations worldwide and you can use wireless headsets to let you move freely at work.
The whole world is not you and not me, please don't be bias.

By the way, how can you enjoy the radio in your phone if the music from the bus and jeepney you are riding is louder?

Rahul , 04 Mar 2014What has happened to Samsung! The back cover is just so awf... moreNot that impressive was hoping for more. Eg. 5.1" screen in identical body size. Still a good phone however not as large an improvement as s3 vs s4. Maybe the waterproofing is responsible for the larger size.
