TaraNova, 02 Jul 2015Yes, It's Lollipop ver. android. Is there any solution.Then you are stuck to that. It has been post so many times to refrain from upgrading to Lollipop but you didn't listen. In Kitkat that problem will be solve. Wait for minor updates, maybe they will do something about that.

Can someone confirm the followings for SIM-2? If put only 1 LTE SIM Card into SIM-2 (SIM-1 Zero SIM Card installed) ..... SIM-2 will be detected as LTE (4G) or 2G?

Kindly note here ( Saudi Arabia) used to separate SIM for Calling & Internet.

I use SIM1 for calling (GSM) & SIM 2 for Internet(3G/4G). But when I use the internet I cannot receive any incoming call. If I make any outgoing call immediately internet disconnected. Anybody can help me.
Kindly note that I do SIM 1 for internet & SIM 2 for call but same result.

This is really stupid dual sim phone.
There is no dual sim facility. Just we can use as use as SIM wallet.
This model phone when we are using internet in SIM2, we cannot accept any incoming call, here any body know that this is the design problem or its specifically my problem manufacturing problem.

You can put 3G SIM card and it will connect to 3G as long as the network mode is set to LTE/WCDMA/GSM (auto connect).

The question is: do you have LTE support in your country's mobile networks?
If you have, then it will work with no problem at all.
