Far as i am aware all dual sim phones has sim 1 as 3G and sim 2 as 2G.

I have the Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini Duos 3G and wich to replace it with the the Samsung Galaxy S5 Mini Duos 3G (if the 4G is not yet available).
Serious question. On the S4, if I try to set both SIM cards to 3G it won't allow me as it can't run 2 3Gs a the same time even from different carriers. It has to run 2G on the other SIM so I run data on 1 SIM and phone on the other. Is the S5 duos 3G the same? The reason I'm asking is that my phone carrier is discontinuing 2G in 2016 and will make my S4 mini duos redundant. A 4G duos would be okay in any case but a 3G not necessarily unless it can run 2 x 3Gs.

Please tell me, if update samsung galaxy s5 mini duos to lollipop 5.0.1 any problem have you seen ? I meant any options less or cannot move application to sd card.. pls tell i would like to update to lollipop 5.0.1

I bought this phone near 6 month ago for my wife and we do not encounter any problem with it's WiFi or GPS . I use GPS test app and Google map
it's totally fine

I am using this mobile for past 9 months. Only problem is heating issue and battery drains faster while using 3g. And other then that mobile worths ya lot...
ma question is will we get android lollipop update if so when Sony has released to all the model which released last year.. but y not Samsung alone

GPS doesn't work...Samsung seems not to care much about s5 mini users. This problem is worldwide for the s5 mini with plenty of forums complaining about it. I don't think my next phone will be from Samsung.

The people to whome I speak generally complaint about the audibility issues. Most of the times, I had to put on the earphones, to make my voice clear & audible to them. If somebody can help me to fix this issue. Thanks

I have a trouble with my S5 mini Duos.
It is related to mobile internet as it some times stops communication with any servers and then drops the mobile internet. It seems by the arrows beside the H sign that it tries to send data, but nothing received. After a few minutes it works again, but afterwards the problem repeats..On edge seems to be no problem, it is running continuously, only HSDPA/3G is affected..
Really disturbing problem.
Do you experince similar issue?
