I received an android 6.0 update, downloaded it, installed and after last reboot the phone got stuck at the Samsung logo and I couldn't to anything. I've managed to get it back to Lolipop with Smart Switch program. Just to give you guys a heads up to be careful and backup everything in case you run into the same issue.

Yepp, 6.0.1 already on my S5 Neo. Update was about 1GB in size. Looks and works just fine. I'm sure all of you will get it soon.

Guys i have big problem, since i updated the phone from 5.0 to 5.1.1 android when i make an outgoing call(only on some numbers but it's 50% of them) they cannot hear me, but when i close the call and i recive a call from the number i called(2 seconds later) they can hear me just perfect. Someone help please. Hope you understand me.

John, 06 May 2016Can someone tell does the back camera have a protective gla... moreThere is a plastic film on the front lense. You kind of have to pick at the edges of the camera to get a piece of the plastic up to take it off. Should look good after you've done that!

It reset by it self, freeze, the reset crash, app wi... moreUnfortunately there was a fake Samsung Galaxy S5 phone from Chinese company Goophone. You may Google for "Fake Samsung Galaxy S5".
The Goophone company has fake versions of many Samsung phones including Galaxy S7. Not sure if there is a fake Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo, however on eBay there were many such cases of selling fake Samsung phones. Be careful!
In case you phone is purchased from legitimate Samsung reseller you may ask them or Samsung support for your country to replace your phone.

Junk.
It reset by it self, freeze, the reset crash, app will close at random, fonction close at random, screen won't rotate, app store chrash, anny update crash, every time it re re re re power up it show the battery cover reminder, camera is sluggish and then you guess it .... it chash again.
6 app as stop working wild i wrote this message.
Stay away from this junk.

I am worried about my back camera too. It seems like it has a protective glass but the glass is having bubbles. I am the only one who have that problem or it's someting normal ?
