WORST PHONE EVER. DO NOT BUY. I had the S5 and had to replace it and could only get the NEO. Screen freeze's, will auto type with out even touching the screen. Bluetooth cuts out after less than 5 minutes of use. Waste of money. I am going to buy my contract out just to get rid of this crap phone. DO NOT BUY

I have had cell phones since 1995 and this is the worst phone by far. Maybe it was built on a Monday or Friday I have no idea, but one thing for sure, if I had the bucks to get rid of it I would!!!!! I just changed phones in March so have a very long way to go, I expect this one will be in the brink before then. We returned from a trip and the phone took over a week to catch up that it was home, gave me Miami weather reports for a long time, in other words did not recognize that it was back in home port. The screen saver, even though I have it timed at 2 minutes, returns if I move my finger from the screen and I have to go thru the sign on process again. Every app I open I have to go thru a sign on process (I so hate it) I know this process is suppose to be a safety But really, every app. Once the phone is open it should stay open for all apps. I changed from a Blackberry to a Samsung as I needed the android and Blackberry was just to expensive for a retired soul business owner. I so wish I'd picked the iPhone, I did have an option. Now to find someone in Samsung industry who may care.

I really don't understand what's wrong with the phone while I use the Facebook or any other program mobile shuts down by it self and restart again any solution

Also the secs here state a 1.6 core, phone says its a 1.8....

This phone is awful, a down rated processor really ties this thing in knots, it has been slow and lagging since day one, if i could afford another phone i would get one but this phone puts me off daily. It struggles is everything it dose and i cant wait till i can get rid of it. I have no idea why samsung put in a slower cpu, a stupid mistake that i have to put up with for a two year contract

i bought a new one on saturday and on monday i return it back (the microphone was terible i needed to shout for others to hear me, especialy with open speach mode), and i bought an A3 which looks to be better quality but not as good as my older S4 mini.
By the way why there is no drive mode on all samsung new models any more?
That thing was very useful especily when driving or in another room or in bath and etc.

ALERT! Don't buy this phone, its seem that this phone have a major problem with the microphone, i had to send it samsung's service to fix it! And, the cover its made by a poor plastic and is easy to broken. So guys, don't buy it! (Sorry for my bad english...)

well lets go. recently i buy this new version of galaxy s5. it is a good smathphone indeed, but there is some little details that makes me disappointed. first is kindle for samsung. and the second is there is no dual camera foto anymore... well that´s itens are not really problems... but i can´t understand why remove this itens....

whorst mobile i get ever, there is a major microphone proplem especialy with open speach
i got it yesterday brand new and nobody can hear me when i call or if they call me.
