Is anyone who have this problem?

However you may use "Smart Lock" - it would auto unlock the display at home and trusted locations.

Just got the neo and I'm having issues with the back button and the left button that closes recent apps .the work then it locks me out and I can't back out or close apps and having issues with people hearing me on calls

Echo, 03 Apr 2016I have mic problems .people cant hear me on 95% of conversa... moreI have the phone for 5 days and everything is great, except that if somebody calls me doesn't hear me. If I call back , he hear me perfectly.
If I restart the phone the problem disapear on first call that I received. Starting with the second call, the problem reappears.

I have exactly the same problem : when listening with some bise reducing headset, when on the headset increase or add a parasite background noise that is really low when off.
I was wondering if it was the headset or the phone making it...
But I can hear this same parasite sound, at a really low lvl, on every headset I try so i start to think s5 neo is really bad at audio... I hope we both got factory problem phones, because the audio is so important on a phone (nowadayq they replace mp3 ans ipods...)
