First they started taking out features that are gaining popularity (waterproof on s6) then after a few months they will release a waterproofed version (s6 active). Second they took out the memory card feature so that the customers would buy the more expensive variant(128gb). Third they stop updating their products after a year so that the consumers would buy smartphone again. Fourth, adding features that we dont really need such as which adds expense. Fifth, feeding the eyes of foolish consumers with specs and features that they really do not understand/need/use. Well all of these are marketing strategies. I hope the next galaxy Note would not be a disappointment or it would be goodbye samsung for me.

you should know and everyone else too, the more you clean the surface of your screen, the sooner it will break.
here is how it is
corning glass is nothing but a glass but because of its manufacturing process, it has a hardness level of 7 on a scale of 1 - 10, so any material equal to 7 or above will scratch your display ( thats why dirt can scratch it )
now they also add a oleophobic layer to make make it fingerprint resistant and smudge resistant. this layer makes water/oil slip your display
now why his phone didnt break and mine did?
the thing is this olephobic layer takes most of the hits and scratches on this layer can only be seen in UV light.
once the layer gets totally removed from a particular part of display, glass on that area is totally exposed. this means beginning of tiny scratches era.
the more the scratches on a display, the more the glass looses its integrity and if there are more scratches, your display might even break from 20 cm fall coz the reason is simple => glass is already shattered from various tiny places ( aka scratches ), that drop just became a catalyst to a bigger one.
thats why its a MUST to add a screen protector over your display or glass protector as it gets most damage and your displays integrity is maintained.
incase you always had a screen protector and it still broke from a fall, you are one unlucky guy.

If so, it may have tripped the KNOX.
The KNOX has to do with security on the phone which in turn will help verify Samsung pay is real and not a hacked credit for making purchases.

Does anyone of you heard that there's an issue about the phone with an error message like this "Security error: This phone has been flashed with unauthorized software and is locked. call your mobile operator for furher assistance. pls note that repair may have additional cost." I called the carrier and said it's a device issue. I did not download any software prior to the problem.
