Based on what you say you need, I'd go with the Galaxy S6.

On S6 the only solution is to do regular backup on a memory stick, using the OTG capability. And even with a memory card you should do it also because they can get easily corrupted.

Hi, when I look at Samsung S6 screen from sides, I can see that there is pink shade/shadow on complete screen.
Where as on S6 edge its not visible. Can please any one conform that when you look at a white background and when you see the screen from a side angle can you see pink colour variation on complete screen ?

I have used every flagship phone from Samsung, every phone was with memory card. First time used a phone with only internal memory and my bad luck this happened. Anyway thanks a lot buddy for your help and concern.

On my phone there was about... moreabout the software, if the phone does not wake up, it is impossible to do it by yourself. u'd better take it to a tech to take it apart, there may be a chance to install the internal memory on any other smart device and get the info transferred.

Not sure if the internal memory could be removed and placed on another phone, I am not sure if a tech can do this. What type of info do u want to recover?

But on cloud i only backup around 5% of data. Never thought it's going to happen with my phone. Any software through which i can recover data? Its really frustrating, why Samsung has not put external memory option....
