Today my s6 switched off automatically. After a lot of try i went to service center and they told that it is software issue and they will update software. But my problem is all my data will be deleted. Anyone can help me how to recover data. Really frustrating. .. please help. ..

Hi,
when I look at Samsung S6 screen from sides, I can see that there is pink shade on complete screen. Where as on S6 edge its not visible.
Can please any one conform that when you look at a white background and when you see the screen from a side angle can you see pink colour variation on complete screen ?

Maybe i am not accustomed to using large screen phones yet (i was using a z10 and i used a nexus 5 for a brief period of time)
Both the phones are identical but i want to try something different now. I'm just bored looking at the regular flat-slab like devices.... The edge doesnt offer much functionality but it certainly looks better and feels better in my hand

The user interface is a modified version of touchwiz. Samsung made an unboxing video of ironman s6 edge on their channel if you guys want to watch it. It look too much like a kid product. Just like samsung galaxy tab kid.

If that Iron Man ver. of S6 could boost up the selling amount, they should release it everywhere not just limited to select countires. Also, they should release all the colours asap, and it would be unfair for people who bought non-green ones that want green ones.
I also do not appreciate the idea of releasing limited colours that late.
Let us hope that Samsung decide to mass produce Iron Man S6 ver. and release it worldwide

I also hate when phones are newly released in certain colours but lets say I want X colour version and it's not one of the colours so settle for another colour,,then 6 months later they bring out the colour I want which is just disgusting behaviour.

Planning to get it, but it seems beyond my control...so maybe I will just get S6 Emerald Green.
That Iron Man is available in Korea, and will soon be available in HK...
Heard that there are only like a few hundreds units of this thing in HK, very limited....

[deleted post]You are a troll I know this because you was on gsmarena the LG G4 user opinions putting a video of how better the asus zenfone was compared to the s6 but I then corrected you and put lots more videos showing how wrong you was. Like I have told you before stop trolling. For any one else this guy is going around all the top smartphones forums telling everyone that the cheap Chinese are the best and trying to prove himself with lies. No one wants a cheap phone that will last about a month so jog on.

Tam, 29 May 2015Thanks for your advice "wjw", i already tried it ... moreNo it isn't I have had mine since I got up for work it is now been over 14hrs and I have had it on as normal answered a couple of my wife texts and the phone is at 92% from 100% I would either see if there are any apps causing issues with the phone. Use the smart manager and see what percentage of your ram is being used. It has got to be something to do with the software like I said usually a app of some sort but there definitely some sort of problem with your device. Hope you sort it soon.

I read some news saying it is not selling as expected, but that would not change the fact that S6 is a powerful phone people should consider of.
Sometimes selling mark is not that important, it depends on what suits you the best. I am sure S6 suits to some people's needs.
I think people are having much higher expectation than they had three years ago. Overall, S6 is a very amazing high tech product if you are looking it different way.

They will certainly push out upgrades which might not work that well on old devices thereby forcing us to buy new one's. You cant complain about such a minor thing (if thats what you are cribbing about)
And for your information,iphones seem to work pretty well for upto three to four upgrade cycles...

Got a new S6 this month, Battery is getting charged quickly and everything is good. The only problem is it should have more battery life. It gets used up very fast.
