Year after year the same thing can't even unlock itself without a lag. And what is half a things. I am talking about the exact shiii . totally identical. They never raised anything just the is that needed better processors to run the same exact shit. Old bugs out new bugs in. Same happened to my Samsung note and soon is gonna happen with my iPhone 6. Notice this.

Put the s6 to airplane mode and just left the wifi on.. And the result was from 12pm to 7.30am my battery drained from 100 to 88%.. Still decreased 12% just with 7-8hours unused..
And i found it always decrease 1-2% Per HOUR ,UNUSE... Is this normal?
I already turn off the "auto update when connect to wifi", close all the multitasking. But still, the battery life drives me crazy.. Need a help

s6!!!!at last!!!!...... a nice looking solid phone from samsung after a very long time.... a strong nemesis to the good looking phones this year.......but still missing the removable battery,memory card slot and mostly fm radio.SAMSUNG YOU DONT NEED TO FOLLOW AROUND IPHONE..... u will rule anyways

See a-lot of complaints about Touchwiz.
First thing I did was change this to Buzz Launcher and if thats not your cup of tea there are plenty of others.
Moral of the story if you don't like something CHANGE IT.

The battery drain rate is 8-9% with airplane mode turned off? I've started to doubt whether this phone is good for me or not. My 3 year old s2 still holds up well in this matter.... i observe only a 3-4% drain with mobile network turned on (not the cellular data)

The phone is awesome.
The PPI 577 while my eyes can see till 300 only.440 if I grab it by my nose.
The battery is huge which keeps leaking .
The os is same of the moto g.
The xx core processor wow, a lot of chips more than the pack of lays. Octa wuad octa zoo! Zoom.
The 16 Mp camera wow. I would throw my digital camera for sure if I would be satisfied.
And guess what now it has the tilted edge too that means I would never be satisfied with what I see cos I can't see the screen at once.
Plastic naaa its metal.
IPhone is having a competition now like there is anything added to anything since 4 years. But,
Its a true smartphone. Don't know what is happening in the smartphone industry . I wud buy a s4 and it wud do everything the same. Sry not being offensive just my thoughts.

For anyone commenting on battery use overnight. It might not help as you might need the phone active overnight for a emergency. What I do is is switch the phone in airplane mode this helps because at 5am I have to get up for work and overnight as you pointed out the battery does drain about 8 to 9%. It must be the phone trying to find signals or keeping signals wifi, mobile signal, gps, Bluetooth if you use it. By putting airplane mode and just leaving wifi on by the morning I have found only 2 to 3% is used. I seen a article about how Apple achieved the battery save overnight because the iPhone stops the signals automatically after a short period of the phone being left in a short sleep (left in idol) don't know how true it is but as you said the iPhone only wastes about 1 to 2% overnight. Hopefully an update will help with the s6 issue. This is still the best phone I own by far regardless of the little kinks that need to be ironed out in later software updates.
