I don't understand why you would go from 1.9GHz, to 2.5GHz, then to 2.1GHz. Especially from Snapdragon to Exynos. Unless you have some magic new technology to market, then my guess would be that this will be as fast, if not slower, than the previous model. What happened to progress?

Most people won't use a handset more than 2 years. Having said that my galaxy S2 screen still works no issues.
You know what is gimmick water resist unless you live under water.

superamoleds are not as long lasting as ips panels.

S4 has exynos octa core CPU with powerful cortex A15 cores.
S4 has 1080p super AMOLED screen vs 720p LCD on your M4.
S4 has fast charging support vs none in M4 aqua.
S4 has multi window support vs none in m4 aqua.
See, any one can go in anyway like this.
