Phone sucks. Overheats when charging. Gets hot everytime even though I am not using it. Battery is draining so fast. I went to my carrier support they factory reset it or I heard flash something (erases the whole operating system then reinstall it) but still I have the same problem. Going back to apple in a few days.

My S6 is pain in ... moreSuggest you to go to Samsung Service Center for check-up regarding to your phone.
Even if it out of warranty &or export set, it is better to let Samsung staff to advise you.
It the phone is really in bad shape, and within warranty period, they will repair for you free.
Unless somehow they claimed you had damaged it, but they would not say so.
One of my Samsung phone, while within warranty, they replace the screen, foc (free).

After the update complete, then it will optimize all the apps.
Did you monitor the update & optimize apps, as you should.
Update is never perfect, as it some apps may not able to run smoothly.
You can uninstall the apps, if you encountered, and then install the apps.
In this way, the apps may recognize the Android have updated.
There may have the possibility that it may not run properly, partly due to the app's creator.
As for commonly used apps, it should not be the problem.
At worst case scenario, the update file is corrupted, in which the battery should be >50% or put on to charge by using the charger while updating.

Hai dear friends.i bought Samsung galaxy s6 lollipop v5.0.2 last June month till now mobile is not a problem everything is good but one day I got marshmallow v6.0.1 update when I update that marshmallow in my mobile is very very bad condition .each an every application is some problems. Example when I call on the what's app to anybuddy that time it's not connecting also Facebook is not opening so how can I solve that problem I don't know????

My S6 is pain in arse, not only the screen is many times black, but the phone even switching it self off even with 100% battery and connected to the charger. When sometimes someone call me the phone dies itself and then when switching it on again get the black screen causing me all the time do soft reset. That is happening even when my alarm clock ring. I have tried so many times wipe cache particles as well as couple of factory resets and still having the same problem. I don't know what else I can do...

The S6 is much better than the iPhone 6S. Yo'll regret if you buy one over the S6 or S7.

Based on that you mentioned "SIM Network Unlock Pin".
Maybe you could use another phone to insert your SIM card, if it is lock or not.
Telco could provide you the SIM PUK2 code, Free (no charge), which is the master key code lock on SIM &or phone itself.

My S6 contacts seems to be saved under my google account and not on either sim or device. Once I connect to internet S6 duplicate contacts at a rate of a few Gigs per minute and then S6 stops working due to lack of memory. Can someone give me advice?

i have samsung s5 octacore and s6 and i love both too much i think s6 is bestest phone i like ever feature i give 4 out of 5 because it is not water proof ,there is no slot of memory expand if this thing is added i will give it 120/100 120% best

I just got Samsung S6 bring from KSA (Soudia Arabia). After I insert sim it ask for SIM NETWORK UNLOCK PIN. Any body can suggest me how to get rid from this???
Note: I'm from Bangladesh.
