I have this phone from couple of days, it's really an amazing phone. There is still a little bit lagging while browsing but Samsung improved a lot this time.
There is no other issue except screen lock which I am facing. The problem is that when I use finger print lock or pin lock options but phone can be unlock just swiping on the screen and there is no need to use pin or finger print to open the phone.
Can anybody check out this issue, is same thing happening with you or not?

robert, 17 Apr 2015almost all high end Samsung smartphones are almost same fea... moreI suggest you read both tests and specifications again.
Your A7 compared to a S6 Edge has :
-bigger body
-less ram
-less powerful cpu
-lower screen resolution
-no fingerprint sensor
-slower network speeds (both LTE and wifi)
-lesser camera (lower resolution, lower quality and less settings to tweak)
-no 4K recording (and no other modes like timelapse or slowmotion, all tunable)
That's for the quick things i noticed only by reading, not even testing both A7 and S6. And these can be applied to any comparison between Galaxy S flagships against Galaxy non S. That totally changes the experience if you are not an average user.
Extra price (and device) isn't worth it for you if you are already thinking that way.

i bought Samsung S6 Edge 32G + additional external memory 32G.. total 64G.... Superb good .. Samsung has come out with superb design,... compare to IPhone6 is much more better.. If someone ask me i would recommend to buy Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge .....I'm really enjoying with a new S6 Edge.. many features. Thank you for Samsung ..

The phone is great!! Removable battery not a big deal most phone now a days don't have them I use my phone all day at work no problem with battery life. The designed is great.

almost all high end Samsung smartphones are almost same features, like Samsung Air7 and Samsung S6 no big difference in terms of phone features but the price are so extreme and yet the phone specification between A7 and S6 is almost the same but there is little bit higher to some features but no big big difference between them, just only extreme price between the two.

Disappointing:-
(a) having no memory slot.
(b) having non removable battery.
(c) Not compatible at other LTE bands in India except 3(1800), 2300 MHz is going to be launch by RJio

everything is fine bt memory card option is not there and one more thing if see the s6 edge from behind it look likes s3... in samsung biggest disadvantage that all samsung smart phone models are same... so make it correct and launch some new types models.

NO SD Card Slot a negative point of this phone overall good set from Samsung i m a regular user of Samsung. Now i have Galaxy note edge bt i replace with 6edge.

I have gold. Excellent mobile. You have to adjust with battery life, despite it everything is awesome.

People if u have samsung s6 or s6 edge do not use fast charger because your battery will drain down quick only use normal charger and your battery will last you allday
