Didn't find "genuine", only 3rd parties, all about 15-20euros (depending if tools are present or not); did replace and get ~2650mAh with AccuBattery after ~4 cycles but gotta wait as some people reports after one week, battery's dying (wtf..)! Let us know please!

Its a pretty good phone but I started having problems with the screen, it dimmed about 3/4 of the screen but it was still very visible, then after months of it the bottom part of the screen maybe 1/4-1/3 of the screen is completely black, the touch still works if you know where your touching, and to fix it you have to heat the phone with something like a hair dryer. I read online it is a fairly common problem, so id recommend staying away from this phone now that its older.

bought this second-hand for less than $100. not really bad! I was using a Samsung J2 Prime which is the same era as this flagship, and I prefer having a physical button and not those bezelless new stuff. Great performance for a 5 year old generation phone!

and unlike apple's updates, it didn't slow down or bloat the battery either..still happy with ur notch n itunes?😂

Since launched till now I'm still using without any glitch and am not quite prepared to change for those newer models with punch hole notches and what naught. Size is just great, comfortable in hand, Screen volume battery and others still doing great today.

I think this was perfect balanced phone, Samsung ever launched in its history.
Bought in 2017 September and it's still can carry out my day to day task without any hassle. Well I wanna change my phone's battrey, as presently battery health is about 71%. Does any one how much they will charge for new battery?
One more que. I wanna ask is that, I have tripped Knox in my device. Is their a chance they will refuse to replace battery on my phone?
Wish they should have updated it to atleast one ui 1.0..😪

Got an update a couple of days ago lol, no way I'm installing it as it will most likely bog the phone down. Last installed update was earlier this year and everything is running nicely but I'm scared of this update intentionally slowing down the phone.

Its a good phone the only thing wrong is the android version. Android 8.0? I really wish they upgraded it to Android Pie. Its not bad, I will be using custom rom to make it better

I honestly like Apple IPhone's better but that could be because I am just an Apple kind of person, but for a first phone or a starter phone this isn't a bad choice.
