Worst phone ever. It is horrible to use slow and a constant fight when it comes to web browsing. The idea of the edge function is good the reality is unless it's in a realy chunky case it impossible to use without touching the screens sides if your after an s7 don't get the edge the standard version is better for usability and looks better with gear vr

if you compare with iPhone heat while playing a game or benchmark you will know who's hottest now.. :D , but this Galaxy S7 has rocket technology called "Liquid/Cooling System" inside that's help your S7 to cooldown temperature more fast.
It because samsung charger perform "Fast Charging" which is mean a lot of ampere on there consume it, or maybe you activate a "Fast Charger" technology on battery settings, so it will fully charge in no time but produce heat.

If its phone os/system updates u cant stop the notification, although you can disable auto download, which you may have already done

I never imagine how cool soon samsung gets upgradable S7 to the android O, and change it all just like Note7 software today, to the S8 software start with the clear icon display which is I like it.
yeah, my Game Launcher, S-Health, Calculator, Video, etc was upgrade on latest version with S8 icon. I can't wait How cool their fix Edge Lightning to the useful feature, not only on People Edge but notification come from with dual edge lightning

there is no lag for me here (global version G935FD/G935F, even I'm using on PowerSaving mode usually and HD resolution, which is mean I'm using cores is only 6 (2 BIGcore M1 + 4 LittleCore Cortex A53) because their set it up limited CPU performance in powersaving (you can disable it), but maybe you're right if you said that, or maybe get big problem, for US version, especially Qualcomm Snapdragon which is only quad core with main clockspeed 2100MHz approximately

I bought this phone a few weeks ago and it came with 7.0 preinstalled, my battery life is phenomenal. I use my phone pretty excessively and there hasn't been a day that I found myself without 7+ SOT. I'm always on wifi/4g, occasionally play some games like NOVA or Plants vs zombies, constantly use whatsapp, Facebook, instagram, Twitter etc and I still cannot drain this in a day.
I suggest all of you who updated from marshmallow to do a factory reset, because there's no way this phone drains battery. Last night I went to bed with 33% left, woke up 7h later with 32%.
I've never had battery as good as this. I had G4 before this, RIP all the G4s manufactured in 2015, and even with 2 batteries I couldn't get through the day...
I'm impressed with the battery, performance and the camera. Not really a fan of touchwiz, since I like stock Android, but c'mon guys, this is a beast of a phone, even a year later.

I have a S7 edge and I am using it since April 16, its amazing . But now with Nougat it is good but not great . OnePlus 3t will have frequent software updates and great front camera too. The S7 edge front camera is below par specially at night times. Hopefully that helps .
