2 cores ARM Cortex-A53 will stopped if they no needed to processing or getting overheat prevent open heavy apps (so they just using other 2 cores ARM Cortex-A53 in standby mode which is they will not stopped even no need it), and they will active again sometimes when needed it. so sometimes it will works, sometimes it doesn't. that's normal, and there is no affect for Subscore on Geekbench, or Benchmark, Antutu, CPU-z and either.
*score will affect massively on 4x M1/Mongoose core with clockspeed up to 2600MHz, thats the bigger one

I really don't care about fm radio or infrared or removable battery , the only downside is its much low rated speaker which is awful experience in listening music , and ui lag and battery drain after nougat update , this lag is so much in keyboard while writing comment that it takes some seconds to write comment, please fix this samsung , also camera quality worse after update

I have s7 edge duos and I checked on Antutu and two of my cores are not working. I mean the phone is having eight core / octa core but two of them has stopped. How do I make it work since that is not normal.

Asif, 17 Apr 2017I would like to buy Samsung S7 Edge . Can you please advice don't get the samsung galaxy s7 edge. mine has had a heat issue from the gate! gets super hot while downloading streaming screenshare or bluetooth! i have done everything tech support said to do. plugged it into the charger and left it sitting on the table and came back 30 minutes later and found the phone was hot and also had a hairline crack across the screen! been fighting with samsung exactly 1 month now!

a very nice phone except be careful, a lot of people including myself has experienced the shattering of the back camera lens for no apparent reason. Samsung does not want to recognize the fact that it is a defect with the phone. So unfortunately I have a pretty new phone that I cannot use the camera in. It shatters all by itself. Looks like it was shot with a bb as well as it then becomes very sharp.

Thanks for your opinion.. but this phone is not complete. It has no original music app. It handles play music than the original one. Thanks but i'll go with Xperia Z3
