Note 5 is one year behind from S7 edge in every thing like Camera specially Hardware main advantage of S7 edge is SD card and waterproofing that Note 5 don't have. So i recommend you to buy S7 edge as i have used both s7 edge looking more stylish and slim than Note 5 . Otherwise as you wish this was just my opinion. And self experience!

For those who are asking about battery life of s7 edge . My own experiences!
(G935FD) This is the best phone now these days i am using this phone from about 3 weeks and it's battery life is amazing i start using my phone on 94% or 92% from 9:00AM at the morning and all day 3G on and mixed usage like #Camera some #Games #Videos and many more and until 7 o'clock in the evening about 30% or 40% or even 50% left so it's such an amazing phone in terms of battery life.
And Camera ,Screen and everything is perfect and excellent don't think about another one i also check out the waterproofing it perfect this one is a flagship one go for it.
Don't wait for #S8 because when it arrives the price of it will touch the sky it will be around 800$ or 850$ or even 900$ and you can get s7 edge for 530$ or 550$ or less than this now in these day .
i buy S7 Edge for 550$ .

Great phone!
it is really a great phone despite some points i will listed below to make my review simple as much as I can:
Pros:
1. Battery stand throw the day with normal usage (I rooted my phone)
2. screen is great resolution and bright enough to check your phone in sun
3. rapid speed
3. Camera is awesome for a phone camera - do not compare with DSLRs
4. perfect size in hand - I'm 6.2" tall
5. can shift between external storage or 2nd sim - with is very important nowadays
6. Water resistance!! great!
Cons:
1. Edge - no really usage for the edge screen and no good protection for screen
2. Edge - edges touches is very irritating while typing
3. Edge - edges of article you are reading will be curved with phone edges
4. Battery could be more
5. can we have both (External storage and the 2nd SIM)!
6. not much accessories for curved edges

It helped me a bit and there is really nothing that can be done for the low AnTuTu score, I got the same numbers too for that, probably the UX portion dragging it down cause everything else scores rather well

Hello comunity, i have a samsung galaxy s7 edge and my battery is not lasting very much like 4 to 4.30 sot and the AnTuTu benchmark is Near 91.000
The versión is SM-G935F.
Android marshmellow 6.0.1

Has all the right pieces for a good smartphone but honestly is the worst phone I tested this year
I mean sure it's waterproof, great cameras (not the best in my opinion..) and battery life you'd think is spectacular.
Well this is all on paper and when using the s7 edge specificly, there are massive usability problems and issues that ruin the whole experience
First, the battery, oh how it's huge and thankfully hasn't exploded, but it really is let down by whatever "optimizations" Samsung makes to the Android system, random battery drain is not okay, especially when literally almost every other phone has comparable battery life or better with smaller power packs.
Second is the screen. Do t get me wrong it's beautiful and stunning to look at sure, but what use is that when it is so sensitive to touch that a small hair or fluff (two things that commonly fall on the screen) cause the phone to jump around without me touching it, I can clearly see the small dust or fluff doing it.. and its not really avoidable with my slightly grubby paws. I was going to say "3rd is this" but it matches with the screen theme so. The edges are pretty but useless in every other sense. Ateast have some form of palm rejection instead of looking for the smallest movement.
3rd, everything else is subpar
Home button is plastic and not the fastest Fingerprint reader, headphone quality is better then expected but not on the same level as let's say an iPhone 6s, and finally to end this. SAMSUNG, PLEASE JUST USE ONE OR TWO DEVICE MODELS FOR NORTH AMERICAN AND INTERNATIONAL MARKETS, ENOUGH OF 10 DIFFRENT VERSIONS OF EACH PHONE, ITS FLIPPING RIDICULIUS AND YOUR MAKING SOFTWARE UPDATES AND SUPPORT SO MUCH HARDER THEN IT NEEDS TO BE. For you and your customers.
