Any sane person would be against it, even in extremely impoverished regions. A used 2 year old midranger/budget phone for like 100$ dominates this 8 year old phone. Even custom ROMs for it are older than any usable budget phone today.

My S7 Edge still works to this day, but the battery is very short and the battery is slightly inflated. I don't use it anymore but it was the coolest phone I ever owned.

Had sold it in 2020 but bought refurbished once again in 2023. Just love the way it eases in hand. Ya the battery drains quiet fast but it survives for a day with heavy use of calls, texts, whatsapp messages and emails.
