my s7 edge 3 months old- proximity senzor stop working.i have reset factory but nothing?any ideea.
please help service or wait for an update?

But I have done hard reset, but still didnt fix the problem. But pls can u let me know when s7 edge has the latest upgrade? Even if its monthly security update. I'm using a Verizon.

will fix any minor firmware and hardware issues as well as refresh the phone’s memory. It will also close all third-party apps that might have something to do with the error when trying to update. Im sorry i dont know anyone with verzion s7 edge. Good luck.

It happens to few ppl. I cant say it happened to alot as ive only read 2 users posts who had that problem. Ive loads of friends who bought s7 edge when it was releaed and they have had no problems with pink lines . Ive not had mine a year and i had to have display repaired because of the red dot at the bottom of screen. But im still happy i bought s7 edge. And im still enjoying using it.

Hi, I was planning to buy this phone used but then heard of the pink line issue. So can anyone confirm that only the first production batch of s7 edge in 2016 had this problem and was later on fixed in next production batches.
Any help wil be appreciated.
