I do understand though that some people are poor and have to make do with an out of date phone and that 'ordeal' is made a bit..shall we say 'less of an ordeal' if you are able to change the battery now and again in order to squeeze a little bit more time out of your old phone before you can save up the money to upgrade.

Any phone with a fixed battery is doomed to die and so are you even Samsung has admitted on their website that it is sometimes necessary to remove a battery wait a minute or two and then replace it in order to cure it... also Common Sense should tell you that any battery especially the ones that you are recharging are going to need replacement sooner or later just like the battery in your car has to be replaced long before the car okay likewise if your battery is fixed in the phone then you are a fool to go out and buy such a phone okay that is what they call absolutism meaning you and that phone are going the way of the dodo bird sooner not later bye bye Chico... having said that I will tell you that I am a Samsung lover all my products are Samsung okay but wake up and smell the roses or is it the coffee thank you I take mine double double on the double... oh I forgot I am still using my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 which will be 3 years old come November and yes just recently I changed the battery I purchased a brand new battery for it because the old battery died just like you are going to die with your fixed battery and yes it works perfectly now thanks to Samsung for making the Note 4 with a replaceable battery tell me who is fooling who take care...

I currently own the S7 Edge on the UK network EE, is this much of a upgrade? Or is it only little bits to make it different. Because I wanna upgrade my phone but I don't whether it's worth saving the money an going SIM only plan or go with this cos if it's not too different from the s7 edge I'll stick with it an go SIM card only plan.

Personally I believe that the reviewers had to try to find something to say negative about the phone in the attempt to balance their reviews to appear more unbiased and neutral in their views.

The finger print sensor position is absolutely NO problem at all, yeah it takes a couple of days to get used to, but you DO get used to it , and speaking from a personal point of view, I actually prefer the fingerprint scanner in it's current posistion. I'm not just saying this because I own the phone or I'm some kind of 'fan boy'

Thank you for the comments, it was good to know that someone else out there is thinking "Eh? ......What was all the fuss about?"

Been using for over a month now and without a doubt the best phone I've ever owned. What the big deal about position of the fingerprint sensor is I have no idea. Positioning really not an issue for me. Battery life awesome too. Well done Samsung!

all phone use the same baterry tecnology so its depend the user to user. in theory the best way to matain the health of baterry its charge just once a day..
