Owh wait even my Red iPhone 7 Plus lasts longer than my S8 Plus. Hahahahahaha.

This is the worst phone I have c9 pro is 6gb ram 4000mh battery it is cost 30k but s8 plus is 4gb ram 3500 battery is 65k how you people agree this the beat smart phone it's worst phone wasting your money and battery life is worst then s7 edge.

The speaker is perfectly fine, and ask yourself, really, how many times do I use the the speaker? .........for me? I use the speaker when listening to audio books, podcasts, that kinda thing......its fine.............what did you expect?
.......tell you what I didn't expect! ...... hand on heart. . ....... Seriously,........ was such battery life!....Brilliant! .....truly!...and here's the big one for me!........the phone never overheats! ...Never!...honestly! Hand on my heart!...... never! ........Now, that says a lot!

Rett, 24 May 2017Considering what it costs, believe me, I wish I did like it... moreI'm not going to pretend that I'm some kind of mobile geek, the kinda guy that has tried every phone on the market, analysed every spec! Nah, all I'm saying is that the Samsung S8 Plus is the best phone I have ever owned! The 'creme de last creme' the bees Knees!
Sometimes, I just sit here, pure blank faced, staring at the screen.....the phone....thinking.. WoW........yeah, thinking....I'm holding the best thing.....n when I say 'thing'.....I mean ....Uhmmm ...one of the best gadgets on the market, I suppose.......it's Class...n, yeah, encased in gorilla 5 glass!.....C'mon yer having me on if you don't think it's a good bit of kit! ...... and will be around for a few years! You know, like future proof n as that, Ken?....and..and ....more or less hold it's value compared to other phones on the market

Captain Obvious, 23 May 2017I'm really pleased with the phone, very happy. You do have ... moreConsidering what it costs, believe me, I wish I did like it. Lots of people say the screen is beautiful, and maybe it is, but I don't really care nor do I see it as significantly more pretty than any other screen. They're all sapphire coated glass that can illuminate; it just doesn't seem to me like the margin between beautiful and ugly screen is very large. In fact the curvature of the screen actually makes me kind of sick when looking at videos because moving images are displayed on the curve and my eyes aren't used to seeing it. Maybe I'll get used to it, but it just seems like a lot to deal with for no advantage. Sure I can think of some things that are good, like functionality, but most phones do all of that, anyway. A lot of functionality of this phone are a major downgrade to my Note 4, which was three models ago. For example, the speaker, as addressed, sounds terrible, and the input speaker for the phone works terribly to the point I pretty much have to hold it right next to my head to use it which negates what speaker is primarily for.
Basically, the S8+ is a phone that can do anything, but every other phone, even much older models, can do it better, and I really don't get why everyone is worshiping it. Frankly, I'm depressed I have it and I wish I could sell it but no one is going to take a used one when they can get a great deal like free data or a VR headset from a mobile dealer.

After upgrading from a Samsung S6 Edge the most noticeable improvement is the amount of battery life I now get, has well exceeded my expectations.

When s8 senses the temperature more than 40 or 41 it stops charging then you have to disconnect charger and again reconnect in some time. I was also facing the same issue. I contacted samsung and i got this reply from them. Then i tried charging my mobile in AC environment and every time it charged from 3 to 100% in 2 hrs without ant freezing.

S8 Plus is freezing while charging..Consistently it was stucking at 84% and sometimes it was at 61%. If I remove and reconnect again its charging. Anyone have faced the same issue??

Samsung....Please send an update... S8 Plus...is freezing when we call sometimes..it is my true experience. I am repenting now after shelling out Rs.65000 ..

I can't accept that your 'review/comments' was/were truly balanced though overall.
Ok, you said something like 'better speakers on a Ficher Price toy' which I must admit I happened to find quite amusing and in general your comments did have a bit of the old tongue in cheek humour coming through, however, not a true unbiased or constructive piece overall in my opinion. Can you hand on heart say that the S8 Plus is as bad as you have implied? Really?
Kinda in the words of George Orwell: You too may come to love your fantastic Samsung S8 Plus....well, once you have perhaps had time to reflect.
