It's happened to me a good few times sin... moreI have cleaned the port and i have changed the cable also but it is taking too long to charge is it due to update? because after i update to may security patch level a week before from then it is happening before that it was charging fine 60 percent in 60 minutes but now it is charging 40 percent in 60 minutes it is not fast charging whats wrong please guide me thank you

Anonymous, 20 Jun 2019I have s8 plus after may update i am facing charging proble... moreIt's not only you. It's happened to me a good few times since I bought the phone (had since launch). The problem is more than likely caused by a poor connection caused by lint or dust. So I would suggest cleaning the port out carefully (use something like a tooth pick with cloth round it ) and make sure the cable connection is clean also. If that fails then try another cable.

My S8+ phone looks excellent with camera, apps, screen and networking... But without dual-cameras. I will keep it use for more than 2 years.
