18:9 ratio phones are disaster. I just returned s8 plus because having 6.2 inch screen it was narrower than my 5.7 note 4. Who needs such a tall and narrow phone?

Why only they use glass plastic only to
Wireless charge, as steel or aluminum can't, the executive look was best, but mixture of all chemicals has destroyed its firmness, look anytime it may fall and break.

The screen is fragile and easy to crack from even a soft drop. The cracked glass can be replaced with the whole display module only, for slightly under 300 EUR. What a shame! It's my first and last Samsung phone, I'll never buy that stuff again!

Had a bad experience with a S8+
The phone stopped working & gave it to Geek Squad on 27th Nov 2017 for repair. Found out it had a motherboard issue. Got a replacement device from BestBuy yesterday (Lost all my unsynced data, media and a $40 scratch guard). And the worst part is - now the new device intermittently stops working & had to soft reset twice already! Beginning to think if it was an impulsive decision to buy this phone in the first place...

If the Samsung Galaxy Series have the ratio 18:9 , they’re the best of the best. I am using the OPPO now.
