Get this s8 for 2 weeks overall i'm happy with it. Change from sony xz with too many probleme battery camera all do hortible job. With s8 i get best display, battery,performance very fast, camera very very very superb than sony xz. i recommended this one. Thanks samsung

[deleted post]If you don't know how to customise and your rubbish on computer then off course you going to find Samsung a learning curve, but having the option off cutomistation off home screen and dual screen mode is an advantage. Apple devices don't have to learn so much as everything fixed and all screen look the same.

I currently have samsung s8 and i hate it, ive never hated a phone so much, Yes camera and the colour contrust is amazing i give samsung that, but overall its slow... okay it might have 4GB RAM but ram isnt everything! The proccessor is slow! Its like owning a windows laptop as months go by they become very slow and very unresponsive! im moving back to apple after my 4th attempt on giving samsung ago as they are beautiful looking phones,
I just hate the lay out and race reconisation works 60% of the time, and yeah its slow and the Edge affect is annoying as pal of my hand always does things to the screen, the keyboard buttons are terrible and the auto correct syystem is terrible compared to iphone, always changing my words to Non existing words and itll do it 3 times untill i lets me have my correct word! also glass is very weak! ive had to change rear glass 2 times, i dropepd it from waist height in my bathroom while pulling my trousers down xD i have couple friends that got phone same time as me 5 months ago and compeltely agree with my statement, for me i need speed an reliability over anything else and iphone is so much more responsive!, #ForeverApple this will my my last and final time i attempt SAMSUNG!

The normal S8 has very bad battery.get either the s8 or s8+ both brilliant phones if you can afford the s8+ and don't mind a bigger phone then get the s8+
btw the S8 has excellent battery life(I have the s8) better than previous Iphones so you will be fine.

TBF I keep pressing the Bixby button and it drives me crazy! might be how im holding the phone! like when I hold it landscape watching youtube or sumink I always tend to press it. but can you change the button to a shortcut to sumink else?

I have had my s8 for almost 3 months and I think that I have accidentally touched Bixby maybe twice in that time. you must be accident prone.

The problem is, the bixby button is in a really bad place, where it is always accidentally being pressed. I press the bixby button at least a dozen times throughout the day, then I have to back out of it. Is it a huge deal? Not really. But is it annoying? Absolutely!

Same kind of people complain "always on display is stupid" and "notification LED just wastes my battery" - and they can turn off both of the features... like I did (I like notification LED, but I have flip case)
